How much is a Rune of Major Death Magic worth?

Where do i get items to upgrade weapons?

Where do I get dyes?

does anyone know?

it might be hard to answer, but where is the collector who gives you a Barbed Ascalon Razor of Charrslaying?

if you put a new rune on armor that already has a rune on it, it will remove the old rune and put on the new one i don't know if it deletes it...
