I figure its probably worth more for the +15% -1 than it is for having -2 hp regen... Just kinda curious what these go for since I am unaware of...

idk i personally think the storage system should be based off of how many characters you have as opposed to how many campaigns you have...

its a game mechanic... you are not allowed to close the party window in an outpost, its not a bug.
