Seriously... spent an hour trying to get these 2 shields and they are common/dirt cheap anyway... Reefclaw's Refuge: 2k Grognar's...
It's not max damage.. too bad. Other than a novelty item it's worth nothing (not to mention you didn't list the damage mod)..
I honestly looked these up.. but couldn't find anything current. Celestial Shield (req 12 tactics) Health +30 Ancient Shield (req 11 tactics)...
Unless you want to salvage the Vampiric mod... it's merch food 100%
