I'd say about 60k if you plan on selling it. the -10 armor is a hard sell, and the req probably wouldn't impress collectors :\
Probably fetch 25k+ on the holy staff. Req 9 sells for 10-20k ^_^
45k+ Could be a hard sell since people aren't usually accostomed to paying lots for staves, unless they're cool XD
