I saw it fRag_doll, sorry. I should have pointed out that I'm more concerned by their stated policy of not handing them out, rather than anything else, and am wondering if it applies to all WA stores.

This is a FREE gift for people who have preordered. As long as you have the minimum amount ($10) down for the retail version of Nightfall you will be given this pack as a free gift.. its not on the shelves... you'll get it if you preorder the game or have preordered in which case you show your receipt.

Im 112km from a EB and i rang the other day and they wouldn't take a order over the phone and a 224km round trip for a game is out of the question , so im SOL until the game comes out , EB need to take a good look at themselves i offered to pay by credit card and he still said no , a pretty annoyed peep here

The pack is not something you buy separately.. its a gift that comes with preordering Nightfall... preordering games doesn't cost extra money.

I got my Pre Pack from the Adelaide CBD EB, they have heaps just $10 when you pre order Nightfall. The guys I spoke to said NCsoft are a little more organised this time around (Factions stuff up) as they should be. Meh I got my pack, I'm happy.

I pre-ordered today and the Wollongong EB didn't have any pre-order packs in stock. They said they would try to get them for us.... but I have visions of what happened last time where I didn't get the pack at all even though I requested they got it for me. 
I have my fingers crossed that with some not-so-subtle reminders over the next week that they will get some.

on monday, i preordered at the EB in the Hyperdome... there was a sign on the shelves stating... blah. blah.. free prerelease when ya preorder. So... waiting for the salesdude to hand it to me.. but nada (cause I foolishly thought since they work here they know the downlow.. pfft. ) and from the expression on his face.. clueless. lol.. anyway, i show him "the sign".. asks another dude who works there.. calls up some higher up dude? hmm. anyway... they said they'd call when it was in... picked it up first chance i could.. which was today.. *sigh*

I've rung around all of the local stores and all of theirs have been given away too. I'm pretty angry because this happened to me last time and I'm at a complete loss at what to do.

EB in Sydney (Centrepoint) had the pre-order bonus packs in Tuesday before the event started.

I think Anet should let players who ordered the bonus pack play nightfall for a week or so in case of delays from other countries.
