I'm not even a PvE player (I OCCASIONALLY go to the UW w/ my SS necro when America has favor) and I have had a few 15^50 eternal/storm bows, but I don't have 15k armor. 1.5k is PERFECT for me. Even though my 1.5k armor is dyed black.

I use to be like this but over time I have on a account 1 got 1 piece of 15k for my Warrior and Ranger and I am working on my Monk.I don't the best weapons around but there are decent and I don't think I will ever get up to 1 mill.Then there is my other account to think about.

Mony makes this game boring if you have to much. Looks heaven is crap so keep your cash low and have more fun in the end.

Wow, people here are impulsive, if you actually read the OP, then why you coming here unsigning w/ your 1000k and basically the oppossite of the thread. I did have a point where I was going to obtain a set of Fissure armour for my ele, but realised I hated playing an ele, dumping all the money onto setting up my Ranger.

Sorry if this sounded like bragging (which it is somewhat), I don't see why anyone wouldn't have more than 10 after playing even casually for a year.

Never been one to solo farm so I'm not among the uber rich, but where there is a farming group, I'm in it. I've done just fine, only started to really make some money since the beginning of this year with SF and Tombs. Now with Factions I hunt down the more coveted items.

Won't buy Obsi armor for the expense except maybe the warrior helm (because i like the look), but only after my warr has much more experience to the point I think he's worthy of wearing it (I'm still a nub tank yet).

All my 6 slots have some form of 15k armor or another.

Sometimes I think of giving large chunks of my gold away to guildies or alliance members that are having trouble, but then I realize I'm not really doing them any favors by doing so, and I like the idea of the one day I finally put this game down to just take it all with me, pharoah style.

People are pointing out he is doing something wrong, there is no reason for anyone to be that poor.

Droks armor for example, 6k gold should be no problem by the time you reach Droks if you play through the game correctly. OP is either bullshitting or is desperate need of some guidance.

Been playing about 5 months, 600 hours or so.


Really, the secret is power trading. Farming can only get you so much. Once you become familiar with street prices, and guru prices, the real money is made. OP, become a power trader, it is the only way to get past your 10k obstacle...

The OP power trading..hmm, by the looks if it he/she doesnt even know how to farm so how the hell is he/she going to raise the capital needed to start power trading?

been playing almost for a year (minipet comes sometime this week :-) )
and all my 6 pve characters have 15k (most have two sets), I dont really go for gold weapons, so I have alot of greens :P

/unsigned had 8 sets of 15k armor on 5 chars, salvaged my monk's judge, saintly and tats, kept the canthan 15k, and deleted my ranger.. but still 2 months to go for 1 year..

NOT SIGNED. I really don't farm as most people would see it but I DO do a lot of exploreing. I have completed Original GW 3 times and Factions 5 times. I really can't understand people who say they have never had more than 10k. In a couple of hours if that in the FOW today I got 5 shards thats 15k. No I was'nt soloing it was with a full group. The other days I got both dragos bows that 50k. Heres a tip pick up EVERY drop that you get and anyone elses who does'nt want as well, the money will soon add up. I have 3 sets of 15k and Several "perfect" weapons EG 2x Req 8 15^50 storm bows, all the mini pets apart from the gold and green ones. and currently about 150k in gold.

I have over 500k in the bank, my weapons are basically complete, and I have the armor I want (no FoW, it's just unnecessary.) So, uh, no.
