Freaking AWESOME. :] Now I have a 80% instead of 75%. XD
I'm even more happy they raised the faction cap too!

My Ghails staff used to have this:
Energy +10
Dark damage 11-22 (req. 9 Death Magic)
Halves casting time of Death Magic spells (Chance: 20%)
Halves skill recharge of Death Magic spells (Chance: 20%)
Death Magic +1 (20% Chance while using skills)
Energy +5
Now has this:
Energy +10
