Reduces Bleeding duration on you by 20%
Instead of this:

So basically, all greens have no more hp mods on them?

Anet, this update (not even considering Nightfall) is great.
I've been blown away. I also love the concept with Armor Inscriptions, no more multi-sets of armor
and giving material storage to all now.
(And info about the glitch with the greens that are being fixed).
