No negs dropped during the first 2 weeks of GW going live. They stopped the drops because they were deemed to cause an "imbalance" in the game..which is a load of BS.
Most valueable item in the game if it wasn't customized. Akh got a nice 14% no neg serpant, Cap has a few no negs and so does Herb&Spil.

Good old zrave, that axe is legendary. I think those 15% unconditional only dropped in pre-nerf Arid Sea (like someone said earlier, about 2 weeks after release). I remember finding some very bizarre mods on items out there, I think I once found an axe that had the half spell casting time for Fire magic 
. I wish I had some sweet item to show off here, but I think the best drop I've ever even gotten was some dopey 15^50 req 7 longsword that I gave away.

I'm going to customize my bp ranger bow.
req 9(?) Azure Recurve 15^50 etc. It was a gift from my GL, so I'll never get rid of it. My main char is a monk so I tend not to customize, plus it allows me to trade weapons around the guild if anybody needs a staff I'm not using much anymore.
But that's just my 2 cents

Customized them as I was bored. I dont even play warrior lol. Should have sold the hammers when I was offered 3.5 and 1.5 mil for them. O well, I just customized what is to the best of my knowledge the only no neg and hod hammer on an active account
Zraves dwarven axe and akhs serpent are the 1337sauce. shame i havnt seen a no neg for sale in like ages. last one was caps bow and lems 13% long sword.

Only things I customize are my warrior weapons that don't have perfect or any dmg mod at all (and were cheap to buy). Don't think I would ever customized anything that would have a high value in the market because later on I just might want to sell it.

18-33 x 14% = 20.5 - 37.6
versus
19-35 x 15% (over 50% health) = 21.8 - 40.2
I'd take the additional 1.3 - 2.6 damage, even if it is conditional, over that gold hammer every day of the week (and twice on Sundays). :dunno:

What's the point of leaving these weapons uncustomized if you want to use them on a regular basis? Lots of these items are worth tons simply because they are Req 7 or 14% greater damage rather than 15% greater damage, but you voluntarily give up on 20% damage? Makes no sense at all.

I agree - I figured that was why the cost was so high...it's just that the items with rare skins normally have crazy prices when they have functionality that is pretty close to a maximum version of the same weapon.
By the way, I'm absolutely drooling over the other old quest item hammer...+15 health on a hammer warrior (over the best alternative) isn't anything to take lightly.
