What's the most valuable item you've customized?

I don't really customize items of value, though recently I customized my brand new Dragon's Breath Wand, req 12, 20/20.

Wow, all you people with these crazy rare items. The most expensive thing I have customized: The Mindclouder on my Mesmer. Second most expensive thing? My Crippling Feathered Longbow that isn't even max damage. Third? Banana Scythe.

Being an Assassin, it is vital for me to customize as 20% constant is well worth it.

Probably my most expensive weapon would be my req12 +5e Dragon Scythes. Certainly not regretting it though, as I bought them for about 2.5k.

However my most expensive customized items would be my obsidian set

No, no it's not.

I still don't see why people don't customize staves and wands; it's not like most of you have multiple casters of the same profession and transfer weapons constantly. You might as well customize and get the extra damage from wanding (insert wanding joke here).

In my mind, greens are next to worthless. From a pure resale value though, your statement is also false. Any of the crystallines mentioned would sell for much more than this. Even the low req rares with 15^50's are worth far more than this. Plus, greens don't hold their value.

From what I've seen so far I would say the value is in this order:
1. req12 15 unconditional dwarven
2. Akh's req8 15^50 Crystalline
3. The req10 15^50 Crystalline
4. The req11 15^50 Crystalline

Actually I am one of the few cases with the transfer thing.

I got a gold r9 Air Staff with +15e, 5e^50 and +29HP. Right now my Ranger and Sin uses this same staff; Ranger uses it for trapping and my sin uses it to spam Deadly Arts in AB. Soon I might make a PvE ele and have it use this for Air Magic.

and that dwarven axe is amazing... cant be many max ones with no negative mods left in game now (non customized).. anybody knows?

Anyways, I dont really customize my items, although I have thought about it with my ranger drago's flatbow...but then I relized I probably would never play her again in 2-3 months, and opted against it.

that gave me a chuckle.

the 8 15>50 and the dwarven would both hit the max of 100k+1750e.
if it actually went past that, i honestly cant say where the dwarven would stand.
personally i value my no cond serpant over my crystalline, however, it cost me less than i would expect an 8 15.50crys to go for.
same goes for zraves axe, personally i value it higher, but i dont know if it would sell for more or not.
the no conds, are, imo priceless for the most part, but they dont always have the highest going rates. spils 8 15% axe only cost him 400 ecto, which is pretty ludicrous when you consider it is the ONLY 8 15% no cond axe. granted, the skin wasnt the most popular.

The mere fact that you guys customized these weapons restores my faith in the game and makes me feel much better about customizing my req 8 15^ chaos axe.
