2nd Birthday Ideas?

On April 28, 2007, many Guild Wars characters will celebrate their second birthday. Then, every day after that date, more characters will reach that special milestone. Last year's birthday gifts were very popular, and the team would like to honor your second birthday with another suitable memento.

The popular choice for a special second-year birthday gift seems to be a new set of miniatures. So, as we often do, we'd like to ask your ideas about this. What sort of new miniatures that you would like to see in the game? Please post in here and share your ideas. All the comments will be gathered and shared with the designers, so that this coming birthday will be the best ever!

The suggestion forum has a discussion going on this with several ideas.

Some miniatures i would like to see are:
Miniature Bladed Aatxe,
Miniature Kurzick Juggernaught
Miniature Azure Shadow
Minature Sandstorm Crag
Minature Ruby Djinn
Minature Mursaat
Minature Scythe Of Chaos
Minature Razah (cmon it has to be done to go with the complaints about getting him)
and of course the jewel of the miniatures......Minature Gwen

Here are a few ideas:

-A new set of max armor (+hp or inscribable I guess) for that PC's class. This armor would have a unique look to it. (could be recreated with /bonusarmor command).
-More Minitures (this is an okay one), mini Cynn would be a must.
-maybe some hats
-A new blue weapon of some sort (like a bonus weapon for preorder people)
-How about a new title track showing the age of PCs in years?
-The 5 main NPCs, Devnoa and Co. as usable heroes.


And finally: extra storage space to hold everything.



EDIT: Gaile, not everyone likes minipets. Some people think they take up too much space. Others would prefer something more useful. But here are some more ideas in that line in case the devs are dead-set on minipets.

I also really like the minipet-animation idea and the minipet-collecting-loot idea.

I'm personally against new miniatures. Miniatures aren't a "Series" of things, and they are always being out and about (Namely, last even with 2 new miniatures introduced into the game)

I would like to see something entirely different then miniatures for a birthday. But please, no more miniatures just as a birthday gift. That sort of takes away from the birthday if you expect to get a miniature every birthday doesn't it?

I can really only think of minis that aren't duplicates of any you could get for the first anniversary.

In general I don't like minis of characters as they tend to be so tiny that they lose a lot of details. There is one exception -

Would love to see a mini Dying Nightmare (make it make the noise too to scare the hell our of monks while in UW)

More pets from Factions or Nightfall - Definately some of the demons from NF (Blade of Corruption, Word of Corruption) or Shiro'ken (Sin/Warrior, ele dragon!)
For green/golds - Celestials. Particularly the celestial dragon from Nahpui 1/4

As for another idea linked to a long wished request from the community - a "Gift Certificate" to a cosmetic NPC.

On your birthday you receive a token of some time that you can go to an NPC and change any of the aspects of your facial appearance (Hair style, color, face, skin color) in exchange for the token. Those not wanting to use it could sell it.

I'd generally request creatures over characters. Characters just aren't as cute.

Miniature Smites
It would be the first minipet i've ever tried to get, and would be a treasure
The underworld is my happy place, and Iv always thought the smites look so cool

mini version of yourself or a poke ball idea that was brought up somewhere where u can capture a mini pet of your own choice

I agree, perhaps divine aura or something like that to still be able to show-off that your character is 2 years old, but no more minis.
