Hmm.. Probably when I forgot to equip my 60AL armor on my monk. I ended up with an uninfused 15AL armor against the mursaat in Abadodon's Mouth. Luckily my hero/hench all agreed on my resigning to start over with a decent armor equiped

The second time I killed Shiro, just to get the elite armour for my warrior, I did not remember to switch back from my -5 sword to the normal one and .... Surprise, surprise I died and no armour!

Meh, it definitely wasn't a big deal, or a money loss or anything. But, I had the PvE skill "air of superiority" on my bar, and was out vanquishing a zone in GW:EN. It was one of the norn ones with all the mandragor necroes/dervishes. So, I'm sitting there with the whole party degening, and I'm the only one with a hard rez on my heroes/henchies, so I need to live, cause all other rezzes are gone. As everyone is degenning, I activate air of superiority, which is pretty sweet. One of the side effects of it is you can possible lose all conditions when an enemy dies, which is freaking awesome.
WAIT?!?! is it awesome, not if the enemies have ~6 conditions, and you have fragility on you. So, AoS activates and BAM the hard rez is dead. /death for the group.

I did the /bonus thing to use an Hourglass Staff. I put the rest in the trash can. I didn't realize that I threw my Stormbow in there. At least it was an inscribable r13 one i got I think for 10k. Lesson learned there for me.

ugh, this morning, trying Justicar Thommis h/h for the first time, I was doing pretty well but could not get past groups of summit with 2 monks. Frusturated I left. 20 minutes later, I noticed that Livia (my SS hero) was set on avoid combat... Doh!

Last night I decided to do mission and bonus for Iron Mines on HM.
Being bored of the mission, and seeing as I had never been that way, I figured I'd go the back way (over the bridge where you first see Markis). Kept wondering why Stefan was dying in about 4 secs....
It actually wasn't that bad and after getting the bonus I went and finished the mission. Thank goodness for flagging.

It was late and I was changing the mods on a 20/20 15>50 +30 sword to a +5 energy 20% enchanting for my tank. I perfect salvaged it and added the 20% mod and used the last salvage from that pack. I got slightly distracted and I superior salvaged the next mod and destroyed my destroyer sword. I quickly woke up and was a bit angry. I got the value back that night. Took 2 lucky transactions, but either way I was out a fair amount of gold.

I bought two ele skills, then realized I have two ele tomes on a mule character. Okay not that bad of a self ownage, but I'd rather have used the tomes to save money.
On a side note, if anyone is gonna see The Mist in theaters, I won't spoil it but let's just say the main character does the most ultimate self pwnage imaginable at the end.

only having like 50k and wanting some 15k armor on one of my chars. then for some odd reason i decided on getting some new skills for my heroes. so create a new char just to buy the skills i want in kamadan for 100g instead of 1k. now, whenever i want to buy something, i always just click withdraw all money.
needless to say, i deleted the char with all the money on him.
oh , add to add more insult to that injury, i had gotten a black dye drop (my first one from 2 years of playing) in the first mission of NF and deleted it on the char as well.

Deleted my original PvE Dervish when I needed a PvP slot several months ago; forgot to take the stack of ectoplasm and various Dervish/Warrior/Paragon equipment sets off of it first. Oops. Good thing gold is pretty easy to come by in this game.

Well, I've been playing four days.
Early Post-Searing, working as an N/Me with a E/Mo ally. She breezes me, I cast life siphon on everyone, then we let out the (Vamp gaze, Vamp Touch/firestorm). Works ok.
Unless I do the following.
1. Say "Breeze me."
2. Hit "Life Siphon" on my selected target.
3. Tab to a new target.
4. Hit "Life Siphon" again.
5. Run off away from the battle in a random direction towards an entirely different group of enemies, because I tabbed to one of them, wasting my +8 health regen and allowing my ally to be mobbed by the entire targeted group.
6. Realize mistake. Hit tab again and start cycling through every visible monster on radar because I don't have the presence of mind to hit "c".
7. Regret being the one without healing magic, because I'm max health and +8, and my ally is about to die.

Self ownage? Hmm.. Well, back in the day, I used Frenzy right before casting Healing Signet. If you throw in a Final Thrust directed at me and you can see I made a...mistake.
I also saw this exact thing happen yesterday in Ascalon Arena. Except this time I was the Final Thrust. I never thought I'd see that again. Good times, good times...

My worst so far was when I made a ranger in Factions as a survivor. Got him to 7k away from the first title, (For me, that's impressive) and I picked up a quest form Kaineng Center thinking it would be easy for the quick exp I need for the first title. Afflicted Guard, that's what it was. I got jumped by 20+ afflicted when I got there, including a wariror boss with Enraged Smash. /raped

a certain person who i am closely associated with in game (and who does not wish to admit this) recently deleted their "armor storage" character, who was holding 9 full sets of armor for the monk, including vabb and fow. also the char was wielding req 8 15^50 chaos axe.

being 6 elite captures away from legendary survivor.... double xp capture weekend, in the morning still not awake [gotten up extra early], capped shadowform, activiated shadowform, laughed because i was invinsible for 5 seconds, shadowformed ended, got wanded by an am fah, died.

I have my Blood Magic extremely high; already 12 or 13 at 10th level, but practically no other atts other than a couple points of Reaping. Yet I keep forgetting and using that dumb Mesmer skill (Conjure Phantasm) on my bar while my Blood skills are recharging. For heaven's sake I do more damage with my Accursed Staff.
