Do people take GW too seriously?

Im curently taking games WAY too seriously but im seriously trying to change that

I agree and dissagree at the same time. People who do this take the game very serious yes, but most of them still see it as a game and not as more than just a game. Of course there are exception but plz don't get me started on those @%*#&*

I disagree with your sentiment entirely. There is no 'very serious' and 'too seriously'. They both mean that you're taking what is supposed to be a form of casual entertainment way to damn seriously. If it comes to this, you seriously need to sit down and reconsider your priorities in life. It's not a game anymore if you're seriously stressing over the things, changes, or events of a world that isn't the real one.

Sometimes. I did Tomb this morning and someone wanted me to use Vent. I was like "This ain't FoW or UW. Why would you need Vent?". *lol* I don't have a mic and its likely I won't get one. Why would I want someone I don't know yelling at me and calling me name because of a damned video game??

Do people take gw to serious of course some people do ,trying not to generalize ,what should u ask yourselves is have u become a gw adict me for sure yes,when u wake up and insted of thinking about your life or what u need to do in your real life u think about haveing to complete x misions or needing to farm to get certain item, than it becomes an adiction for me it has, going to work and only thing going trough my mind is getting to my pc and getting in to gw to do dont know what
so is this just a game, yes it is, but i think games for fun are usualy the ones i used to finish on my ps2 in 2 days,this is more like another reality
