Other than Dende and Mina, are there any children that don't run around and you can get close enough to? I took some pictures...but looking back - I don't like them as much as I did when I took them.

Seems there is already quite a few of the same emote/location for this weeks assignment. it is quite difficult to find a suitable child, but they are there.
Was gonna use this shot for my tip of the week, guess I'll just have to use another one, as everyone seems to be doing the same picture.

Jaden, wow, very nice picture. But yeah, everyone seems to be going for the same kind of mood and there really aren't that many good locations with kids around...
Another thing, of course, is if your character can get along with them:
For Prophecies, try looking in some missions and quests. There's that one mission in Kryta where the little boy is worried for his lost pig....
But it's true that I don't think there's any kids after Kryta. They don't really fit in the desert, never mind the Ring of Fire.

I agree >_> I ended up going to divine path but I have a feeling all the pictures will be taken in tihark orchard and divine >_<.. still haven't decided on a shot yet none of them look very happy and fun! I found an awesome spot too but the kids had a stupid aggro bubble and I couldn't go near them

/cry XD i ended up taking my pics in the orchard too :/ i wanted to do a picnic scene with the trails but it seems they vanish when you drop them /pout

I also went to Divine Path and I noticed that the kids' models are a bit different every time, at least the Canthan kids at the beginning. I think I went there at least five times, just trying to get that one specific kid type in the right spot. And ghraaaaaaagh! you can't even turn them around >_>.

Psst...in fact I do have some news about this Szei x Ivan coupling. I have confirmed that Perynne is involved on this little thing. I caught both Szei and Perynne wandering around in LA ID1 after the party talking about about cake, and dye coloring. Ivan was big part of the conversation, but it kept switching back on to themselves. Coincidence? I think not...>> And why is Perynne involved? I smell a scandal... *goes off in the in a puff of smoke* But you didn't hear it from me!

Took some pics of my newish baby Rit girl some time ago. Steamy hotbath stuffs. Iah also wanted to but he didn't have any bikinis...:/ Nian also wanted to try that 'action pose' theme but didn't quite get it... I guess being my impersonation ingame is bound to make her a nutcase. Acting all streetsmartyo. Messed with Noel in the weird lightning. Too bad it's Tyria and the BG is butt ugly, the pose is pretty meh too but oh the face is cute, like suntanned! I can't get this light to work on any of my other charas the way it does for Noel. Orz *goes back to study* bohoo. :<

I did this shoot, it was more laid back and not "You NEED this and this." for fun. I took some shots, i know my face is not in some of them but I still like them, and also in catalogs and magazines models don't always show their face when their presenting closes, so oh well!
My Noanoa, look alike shot but really a different emote/pose. It would be her underwear shoot. Ah! She is going to jump! And this would be her bikini shoot. And the random, tired shot after such a long day of modeling.

Thanks for the encouragement. It's probably true that I was being compared to the other monks mostly and that I had only one set of 15k armor at the time and not even kurz/lux 1.5k. Not that I had those now either lol. I think I've gotten better at this screenshotting thing since then too, just like to do it more nowdays. Camwhoring ftw. XD I love armor but don't know what to get for monky next....:S Lovely shot! I can't wait to see what everyone comes up with this one. There's much more room for creativity in this assignment imho.

Haha, I recommend crafting as much as you can. X) I happened to have tons of wood planks+dusts and it only cost 20g to craft some vellum. But still had to buy the rest so yeah I'm pretty broke now. XD There were a lot of people at Marhan's Grotto. Kind of funny to see a bunch of people at that usually deserted place. I bet it would look really nice on Arala too, I like the dark hair more. If I hadn't played my monky so much I would prolly remake her and make a Tyrian one with a darker tan. :P

Great work. The reason why is probably in the emote. That pose is where the mesmer hops to the other direction in /dance, not during the /jump. |
