Here is my personal list and reasons.
Szei - Although I havn't liked all the shots you've submitted you definatly have the best outtakes or off shots. If you choose the right pictures to submit then you can win this.
Arala - In my opinion has produced the best looking pictures so far. Only real issue I see is not following the assignments close enough. If you can maintain these great shots while following the assignment you will take #1.
Mila - It was hard to chose you over lokii, espcially with you illness. I think you have the dedication to see this through and if you can make the time required to get those wonderful pictures, you may just have a shot at winning this.
And my predictions for winner -------- Szei.

I would have to say the exact top three as you Jaden.
I won't say winner, because I don't want to spoil the competition (PSYCHIC POWERSS!) But I do agree right now, Szei, Arala and Mila are the standouts. I believe Bier is fairly strong too... heck, everyone's pretty strong this cycle.

My thoughts exactly! This is very like your previous 'ninja' picture in this thread which I loved very much. You really do have an eye for balanced and symmetric compositioning. I think it can be used to great effect.

Oooooo really nice wrath shot! It might be more wrathful though if you had a weapon drawn or a dead body at your feet or something (I'd be happy to volunteer if you decide you need an extra model to act as a corpse - I have a few characters who have a habit of dying as it is)

I know the pose I'm planning on using, its just playing abiout to get an enchantment short enough so as the spinny aura around me goes away =P. That alleyway is perfect for it though.

Wow Arala and Mila! Those are gorgeous shots Arala's is just adorable and Mila's looks something like a mourning mother to me. Very emotional shot.

The lighting in Moddok Crevice is horrid and it's quite hard to outshine huge mounds of gold and jewels, so I may have to plunder.. err check out the treasure room in Hidden City! I have to admit it's kinda fun trying to think greedily though. Bling bling!

Funny how this thread is always so fun and relaxed, unlike that other EVIL EVIL thread. I'm happy that the flamebots/sockpuppets haven't found anything to whine about here ^^;, I think this thread manages to keep up that nice spirit of the first Cycle (I decided I won't post anything in the main thread anymore, unless it's to compliment everybody's assignment pictures).
I think I got my shot chosen already, but the light in it is a bit off and for some reason I can't find the spot I used in the shot anymore xD I've crawled to every corner of the OP I've used and I just can't find the exact spot at all. I also keep getting all kinds of OMG SUPER COOL shots, but they just haven't got anything even remotely "envy" in them. Boohoo ;_;.

I've got the same problem >_> the place where I took my shots has either total darkness or a light so strong that it completely burns my character's face, but I decided I'd rather send in a good picture with ok light than a bad one with better hilights. I've noticed the judges don't seem to pay as much attention to light as they do on the overall "point" of the picture.

I went for dark in the end. I felt that seeing as im being sinful, it my character is illuminated it destroys the dark and "wrathful" look.
I didnt really use the inspirations, mainly because im not knowledgable about final fantasy, and i couldnt find the shot of jadens they were talking about rofl. I can sort of remember it. but not clearly enough. I think i pulled the shot off. Its the first shot in ages I've wanted to work on, and i'm feeling good about it ^^
Its nice to enjoy the competition again =]

I kept telling myself that I refuse to go to RoT to take the screen cause I hate it there so I kept trying others but in the end I decided to go to RoT and I got one that I like

Wow, you guys have some amazing shots... I'm really regretting sending in the one that I did... (Temporary fit of insanity? ) I had heaps of problems with the assignment, finding something that I liked (from not reading Nilene's message properly ><) and I sent in a very substandard shot.
