The secound change will be to remove the timer and limit energy gain but make it per death, I hope. I proposed the idea of making your soul reaping skill represent a % of your total energy and that is what you gain per death. For a typical Necro it is somewhere around 1/2 the gain of the prenerf. My calculation in PVE show a slight increase in energy but not like it was.
Biggest thing for me about the changes Anet has made is the way this community complains about it. We complain something is too strong/weak, anet changes it. The the ranting starts Now its too weak/strong. We really can't have it both ways. I think this company does a good job trying, no its not perfect, but go play other games where you get no supprt and no changes. The we could all do the same thing s and the game becomes boring. Personally I like the changes, it breaks me out of my box and allows me to revist places and play them differently and keep the game challenging or interesting. If they didn't change things we would all be 55 M/W just like the bots
