What really annoys me is when a person forms up a team, then during the mission no one wants to lead - no one calls targets, and everyone is basically doing their own thing. If I'm going to team w/ other people, then at least let's put in a concerted effort!
Another things that annoys me is when someone is overly picky about a build. It's one thing to say "we're fighting Shiro, so please bring a skill that ends stances", it's another to demand that you take each and every skill and have your attributes set the way someone else wants - bring a hero if that's what you're after...

But since I was just looking for some fast cash, I went with it. But I set a price. If you want the item, go with my price. Not yours.

Also they are what I like to call 123456 builds. Because thats what they do. No skill involved.

You're running to a res shrine (especially in the Realm of Torment) and you're the only one left alive. You activate the shrine and die but your whole party is teleported to the previously active shrine (why I don't know, I guess because it goes where the majority of the party is but that's stupid).

Additionally, guaranteed runners dying are irritating, but I still don't complain to them as they're doing something for me I could probably do three times as long with h/h.

(Happened to me yesterday, I had a couple PUGs in a FoW group, and a nuker kept insisting on HM. Said nuker aggroed more groups then we should have and once we cleared that... another pulled the remaining. Rastigan was right there. Insta-wipe because I wasn't set to heal and our PUG heal monk had left when the nuker first over-pulled... why he pulled when we had a tank remains obscure. Oh yeah. Effing up.)

The fact that the RED ENGINE allies/escorted NPCs can bodyblock. They shadow you, almost step for step, and if you find yourself needing to back up, well, forget it. If they've shuffled around a bit, you need to edge around them in narrow spaces or move and hope they do too. If you're doing http://wiki.guildwars.com/wiki/The_Search_for_Survivors, you're just screwed sometimes because ALL of those NPCs will get right in your way. I'll try to click on a cleric and then find out that, nope, the little girl got in the way.
