Make it require you to have a certain quest active in order to cross over.

It was A/R...i couldnt fully read their name but the part i got was
"Methuza..." i dont know what the rest of it is

I have included it in the Community Summary this week, and I know that the team will try to devise a means to make this not happen in the future!

with regards to the A/R in pre thing.

not only do i not beleive it would ever be possible....

sorry to sound harsh / nasty but the faster i see this cleaned up the better imho.

ANET ITS TIME TO DO SOMETHING. now had over a 100 signatures in just a couple of days (including the ones over at presearing.com) including several people who have been affected personally by the bug.

Too bad that it's neccessary. But if it gets abused it needs a fix. It can be devastating for a LDoA title farmer who already invested a huge amount of time in death leveling.

Yes i think they will, they havent ignored pre. They added LDoA title, charr bags and charr salvages......(hopes for tomes that the charr bosses drop now lol)

yes. read up. gaile grey the community relations manager for arena net (HI GAILE!!! ) has commented that something will be done about it. therefore the petition is working. thanks guys

Gaile, thanks for being on top of this one - it's a pretty distressing thing to a lot of people.

Here's a thought - what about when the timer pops up, it doesn't start counting down until both players in the party push a button? Sort of like skipping cut scenes, nothing happens until everyone pushes the button. That way everyone has to explicitly agree to go before anything happens.

my lvl 16 friend just got dragged to post yesterday, its so depressing cause i think he will probably stop playing pre for good now

as much as i like to be an upstanding member of the community and do things for the good of pre..... my account just got permanently banned.

apparently for using an ingame exploit?

this is because of people trashtalking about me, saying that i used an exploit (which is a bunch of lies... i allways worked hard for my gold tyvm)

i think by exploit they refer to whoever the hell bought the tomes to pre. people like dreamcatcher trash talked and accused me of 'being part of a group of people who glitch and hack' or something. WTF i would never do that.

this post itself proves how much i care about pre. why would i want to ruin it with tomes?

this is a good idea, or make it a single player mission (Ak same as Tihark Orchard).

i only just read about this today as a destraction while AFK death leveling my perma pre, and i realy cant how people get their jollies by pulling high levels into post (my brother felt the same too).

i understand the sort of hours it takes to get LDoA and (19 hours and im only at level 9)it is such a shame when people spend so many hours leveling only to fall victim to a moron.

as my perma pre is coming up to the top of the max levels you can get through quests i am starting to get ALOT of random invites, but im still safe as i dont have a secondary.

/signed warning for both player with possibility to cancel, or even better a confirmation from the second player would be ideal, i have 3 high lvl char. in pre and don't want them to be accidently dragged out.

I just wanted to confirm that we are still looking at this issue, and we will devise some sort of resolution, I'm sure. Your suggestions have been very helpful, and thank you for bringing the whole thing to our attention.
