The armor is Mediterranean in design, very much stylized after the Spartan/Corinthian style mentioned before. The helm makes much more sense. |

No, Paragons resemble more skirmishers than Hoplites/Phalangites, that's why a Corinthian Helmet seems retarded while a pilos seems more appropriate (while it outclassed the Corinthian helmet by miles anyway - thus marking its decline). |
