Epic armor unlockable only by maxing titles (i.e Lengedary Gaurdian)

You do realise that Blizzard doesnt have a copy-write on the word epic?

ep-ic: heroic; majestic; impressively great: the epic events of the war.

Its a descriptive word and the best one I could think of at the time, to describe the scale upon which I would expect the armor to be. Armor to show the epic fight you have understaken to reach that point in the story. So can we drop this whole notion that your not allowed to use any words that are similar to anything WoWish?
