That guy is crazy i'm trying to win on my ranger I have no idea how to get rid of him. He has bear form and purge signet and war irresistable blow that hits for 300 damage to me. Any tips?

My bro used a pet and the bear goes after the pet...just lay waste to him. Oh and bring throw dirt etc.

Haven’t played the game yet but maybe u can blind him and distract the purge signet?

Or use cripshot with apply poison and keep running around; even if he uses purge signet he will run out of energy and u can keep on crippling him

Just beat this on my ranger, lot of kiting. Just use pin down after he uses signet.

I tried doing this with my Warrior, and well, I didn't last long. I'll probably try with my Ranger later. Do you get any of those championship tokens for doing this? I badly want that crown.

I'm sure there's room for improvement, but I was just playing with disarm. I could not defeat Argo with that build.

edit: Argo took a dirtnap, just had to run him out of energy, and stay alive. Stalemate against Mhenlo. He must use Protective Bond at 105 health. I have to laugh at Orion(Flare spam), Little Thom(HamStorm updated to CripSlash), and especially Alesia. Their builds are so bad.

Wow ok youre on a ranger WITH an interrupt and you dont interrupt a 2 second cast signet?

Yeah like most boses he uses abilities much faster than PCs. I just found it easier just to que up pin down when he started to cast it then to try to interrupt it. Call me lazy.

I've been trying for the last couple of hours to beat him on my assassin. Any build i use that has merit for possibly beating him cant beat certain other NPC's to get to him

I just beat him on my paragon after the 3rd try with a funky build, basicly it keeps him blinded 100% of the time while I and the two spirits take him down. Guess this should work with alot of classes since im relying on the /rt, not the paragon. Weapon of Quickening to keep Shadowsong up 100% of the time, Vampirism for some dmg and heals, the rest is a self heal and damage.

I had no trouble with the other NPC's, just make sure to precast vampirism before you aggro them.

With my necro it was incredibly easy, hexed the living crap out of him. Basically, he 'killed' himself. Easy lockpick in my bag now.

I'm guessing SS/SV, Insidious Parasite or maybe all those anti melee hexes that Necros love throwing around in PvP

It's cake for me to beat all the guys before Bison on my Derv, but Bison himself keeps owning my Derv.

Anyone got a good Derv build that can kill all the guys before Bison, and Bison?
