Actually GW is already very causal player friendly.
To name a few features that are causal players friendly:
1) You can start PVP right away without weapon, armour, and level grind.
2) There is only 20 levels so there is no grinding to level 70 before you can try the elite areas.
3) Map transport, easy guild formation, etc.
I can only think of 3 areas that can make GW more causal players friendly:
1) Breakup longer quests/mission into smaller sub quests/missions that can be completed within 1 to 1 1/2 hrs. Not all causal players have the time/ or wills to spend hours in front of the pc.
2) Faster moving rate within map. Perhaps mounts (purchasable ? - a good gold sink) that allow you to travel faster within the wilderness and town.
3) Create titles and rewards that is reasonable to achieve without hours of grinding. But also reserve a few titles and rewards for the hardcore fans. DO NOT HAVE TITLES/ REWARDS FOR LONG GRIND ONLY LIKE IN EOTN.
