This is rich, I got it to play all the bloated multimedia content in AR 7.0, and everything works EXCEPT the input fields! It plays movies, but it can't render a handful of input boxes! Argh! Curse the you Adobe and Flash!

aww ok i have downloaded the new adobe and im still getting that the file has an error 132, what does that mean??

lol downloading slowly bit by bit stops loading and i get a unfinished mag....Personally even if this doesn't work they will be cheap as heck anyways

If I try to enter a different email on the mag it says I have already signed up and re-sends the SAME code to my original email. I am frustrated and all I get as a response from sending them an email is another email saying i have re-requested my code and there is the same code AGAIN!

Ok, i got my minipet in 5 minutes today by doing this.
1. Download this torrent - http://thepiratebay.org/tor/3846052
2. open pdf file
3. i have acrobat v7 and this worked just fine.
4. when the pdf loads, in the bottom right corner of the cover page, there is a mini centadon, click that
5. when the box loads, enter first, last, email address click submit
6. if you get message (oops try again) then try it again until you get (success!)
very simple

EDIT: ah lol, this is bitorrent, always had it. Yea i've downloaded the file np, it's just the dam movie that never shows up.

What a con! I've got two codes and both turn out to be "Already in Use"! Nothing more than a cynical ploy to harvest email addresses if you ask me. The few who get an actual pet are just getting a sweetener!

Karyuu's advice a few posts down fixes any issues people might be having at least with the registration box not showing up. I still think it was unwise for them to use something reliant on so new a rich media plug-in that downloading it direct from Adobe still isnt new enough to make it work...

I have an idea: Someone should just extract the flash content from that one page. If it was working for me I could just do it; I've extracted images from pdf files like this before, so I imagine you could do the same here with this thing.

One more time for people who have not tried this yet:
If you have problems with acrobat reader not liking the flash form within the magazine, even though you have updated both repeatedly and cursed a few times going "WHY??? WHY?!" (yours truly) there's a simple trick you'll have to pull: go to where your flash plugin is installed (C:\WINDOWS\system32\Macromed\Flash on my machine) and run NPSWF32_FlashUtil.exe. You'll see than an update is in order, even if you downloaded the most recent version of the player from Adobe. This might help.

has anyone who got an in-use code been given another code that worked? not "they sent me the same code", but a NEW code that worked. ie, are they pulling through with the support end?
forgewhelp, i had the same issue. had to keep submitting my information until i got a message saying "you have already registered for that, we are resending the code" and there it was. i just didn't get the first email at all.

Updating to adobe 8 and whatever flash adobes site also gave me was enough to open the *torrented* pdf fine.
