It is on page 20, right hand side. Look in the attachment for what it is supposed to look like (note - just an image, so doesn't work, obviously)

The magazine's run by idiots. They seem to be surprised that offering a mini pet would abruptly increase the load on their servers. They even seem to think that 40, 000 will meet demand. Good luck guys.

I am having trouble too

I see the area whee the box should be - the instructions tell me to fill in the box below:

but there is no box - when I right click I get greyed type saying "movie not loaded"

any suggestions?

go to start menu-run enter this: C:\WINDOWS\system32\Macromed\Flash
double click on flash.exe or whatever, it will tell you there is an update. get it, then reopen the ezine. worked for me, i didn't even have to restart like it said i would.

i have tried for last 3 hours...and keep getting corrupted pdf file..
even after clearing cache...so does a friend that lives nearby
so i am giving up..too frustrating..i am from australia..but dont think that has anything to do with it...

As mentioned by numerous previous posts, try updating flash (google flash). Also, when adobeopens the document and pops up security warning about multimedia, accept it

[email protected] e-mail as an alternate source. Still have to give them first & last name as well as e-mail address. And that's the actual one I got when re-entering details, or other ones. So try there if still no luck, or if flash etc doesn't work and don't want to dl a load of stuff

argh this is driving me nuts!! ><

i can't open it with my adobe reader v8 then i move to my laptop which is v7 and that doesn't work either!!!! i tried the torrent version and the official website both failed... i've also updated flash and what not...

To the people who had their keys already in use who said they sent an email asking for a working code: What email address did you send your response to? Did you reply to the message or email GW support? I've got a friend who got the "key in use" problem :/

i just got one at 3:07 pst i had the pdf earlier but was at school so couldnt get a code cuz my schools computers are lame like that i tried a few times to get a code and first code i got worked

The report a problem address is the same as the reply address. It's the automated thing that sends out the keys. Basically, if you don't get a key on the first attempt, they're not going to bother reading your email and send you a legit one. Drives me bonkers.

I have a google email address where I register with a "." in the address to seperate my first and last name. I kept getting registration errors, so I removed the "." and it went through. I believe that's how I got 2 keys. Doesn't matter though since they don't work.

the fact that they sent out codes that are already in use = fail, if nothing else. regardless that some people are able to get another working code.

i get an error message after I download it to adobe. it says: The plug-in required by this 'Rendition' is not available... I updated adobe to see if it would fix the problem but it doesn't. i get to the page where i'm supposed to enter my information in the "box" but there isn't a box in the space it should be. Any suggestions? thanks!
