I've emailed these people twice with no response or result. Got several emails with the same code that's already in use. This really sucks, and the whole thing is poorly executed. I'm very disappointed. And just for all this garbage that everyone has been through, I refuse to read their stupid e-magazine. Yes, I'm being petty and petulant.

Anyone who thinks this is a failure is plain dumb. The amount of free advertising they got for their magazine is staggering.

Just got mine, with no problem. I think you have to submit your email address that is corresponding to your in-game account. I tried my university email account and it says the code is always used

Well I am sick of this minipet and I have not even got one yet!
I find it rather poor business that people can get one on their first try now and some of us have been trying for 7 or more hours just to get a replacement code for the one code we could get that was in use already.
I have no idea how you guys are getting more than one code. I have tried everything to get another code in hopes that it is not already in use and just get the same code sent to my email, no matter what email i put in.
I seriously hope that anet takes a good look at the kind of treatment many of their customers are getting from this ezine and thinks twice before partnering with them again. I have received 147 emails so far and they all have the same code that is in use. They are all worded the same claiming that I have re-requested my code (and I have not) and there has been no response to my emails about it. I will definatly not be visiting this ezine again eventhough the issue was a pretty good read.

Well I thought I had missed the boat on this one, fortunately I got mine about an hour ago . I got two codes sent to me that where already in use, nearly gave up but the third time one was sent and it worked!
Nice pet, buggy implementation though. Nice online magazine I have subscribed to the PC, PS3 and mmo ones. Beats paying a fiver for some paper.

I finally got home from work and errands. Sat down, downloaded the pdf, clicked the link, got my code emailed, unlocked it on my account. All in 10 minutes.

so tried with another account and got one about 15 min ago that wasn't in use \o/

I am trying to get one for my son. He saw it and wants it so bad. I keep getting the same email with the same code that doesn't work. I try another email address and is send the same code to the first address. Is the info somehow stored in adobe somehow?

This isn't Anet's screw up, it's the magazine's, not that I blame them. They weren't likely expecting the flood of traffic they recieved or to hand out this many codes. They'll learn from their mistakes.

@Miss Puddles: Did you try the trick of updating your flash player from within the directory you installed it? (e.g., C:\WINDOWS\system32\Macromed\Flash). Sorry if you mentioned already that you have

i keep going on adobe,i open up the magazine,and underneath step 1 where i am supposed to fill in my details,their is a blank area,no box for anything,i tried updating my flash but nothing works.

@Psychology: First make sure that you downloaded the latest version of flash player from Adobe, then try going into the directory where it is installed (C:\WINDOWS\system32\Macromed\Flash for example) and run an application named NPSWF32_FlashUtil.exe, if you see it. It will give you another flash update. This might help, it's certainly worth a try.
