I did my first ever HM primary quests yesterday and got a necro tome in destructions depths
I normally stay away from HM but after that, I might just do a bit more sometime, perhaps get some perfect mods *I hope, I don't think I have ever had a perfect mod before)

I got a nice gold rq 10 max damage inscribable hand axe. I love that skin and before I was making do with a rq12 white reaver, this will make a welcome addition to my warriors armory

I was running from the war camp to the granite citadel when i killed Morgriff Shadestone and he dropped both his staff and his wand, then later on a killed a random warrior grawl boss and he dropped a FoW scroll and a leet warrior tome. Too bad the ice imps didn't favor me.

Req9 Clockwork Scythe from Oola's Lab dungeon's end chest. In 35 months of gameplay, the best item that dropped for me in terms of trade value... that I knew of.

I got about 4 golds and a black dye today while farming stone elementals outside sardelac in HM ^_^ and this was just in the first run and it was my best run since I started farming those stone elementals

I finally got "Darkwinds Blood Staff" (Factions chpt) after countless tries at him. Man gauging when it's your time for a drop with 3 heroes and 4 henchies is hard. This is a green drop +10e +60hp 20%hsr & 20%hct. The skin looks pretty kewl too.
