I can't say getting lost was much of a problem at all in Factions for me. I can count the number of times I was lost on one hand, and none of them lasted more than a few seconds.

Overall, I enjoyed factions. My main complaints are the part where you had to grind faction, as well as all of the afflicted exploding on death (introducing the assassin and then adding this in is a cruel joke).

I actually liked Factions, and still do. This is all my own opinion, but most of the best weapon skins are Factions skins. The armor is the best. Factions characters are the best-looking. I like the fast-paced, chaotic missions. The 10k faction grind seems like NOTHING after GW:EN came out. I'm probably in the minority but Factions is probably, overall, my favorite campaign. followed by NF, then Proph. GW:EN is poopy.

^and again, all my opinion ^_^

I liked factions! But the locked gates were a bit ftl ._. (gogo runners? xD)
Armor was very nice though! The plot flopped in my opinion, personally I think that the story just lost focus all the way through the campaign! As a whole it was a good first expansion for GW! -offtopic- I LOVED NF, EoTN..its okay, too much grind for the armor I say. :P

You do realise that after a few runs through those maze like locations, it was really easy to find you way around. I've made another 2 or 3 characters in factions since I took my tyrian ele through it a long atime at, and its p*ss easy to find my way around now.

Its like any new game when its released! You get lost and need to learn the locations. I no doubt got lost in Tyria and Elona at some point, but purely because it was new.

And are you seriously suggesting that in Prophercies and NF you werent asked to play through the same areas over and over and over again to do different quest? ofcourse you were.

How many quests were located in ascalon alone when you first leave pre-searing. A LOT is the answer and you soon get bored of running around the same territory to do pointless quests.

All 4 games have that "repeat the same area" aspect to them.

Your very vague and negative description of factions, could be very easily applied to prophercies, nightfall and GWEN. You have the potential to get lost in them all and you are also asked to repeat locations numerious times to do quests.

Also who cares if it was (apparently) a copy of a game from 15-20 years go! Who honestly remembers that long ago and im 25 so I would have been around when this other game existed and I have no idea what it is!

If it works, it works and I think it did!

Kaineng City isn't very confusing after you've ran through the whole thing. I pretty much remember how to navigate to different areas of Kaineng City, so its not that hard anymore.

Lies! I can do most missions with the provided henchmen once they are level 20, WITHOUT DEATH. you call that useless?

oh, and to the guy up there ^^^

Sins have trouble getting in because they are weaklings in most people's hands. most people don't use fabulous sin skills like Critical Defences. Rits nowadays have no problem getting a party, people love a good spammer or restoration rit.
