i think i'm getting close to 2k hours in the last 16 months.. 700 on my main, my assassin. every festival that gave stuff out for standing or the ring games i afked thru, so there has to be a good 300 hours that have been afk'ed

Roughly 3,200 since second day of release. I only play it properly a couple hours a day max when I really get into it, same with the forums and such... I do most of my school work while on this, not very practical but it helps ease the strain of the 40 page essays ^^.

Just did some sums, Ive played 1100 hours over 2 years (24 months) thats around 6.5% of my life over those two years (incluidng time to sleep) it also amounts to 46 days of non-stop guild wars play. Its pretty depressing really ^^.

For me, I have ALOT of AFK time, I'd say I've played a good 1,500 hours so far :P

I guess the majority of my hours come from PvP and/or my original PvE character, (deleted main) since my PvE hours atm is around 300 (my second, now main character) and he is only two years old i believe or close.

Meh I can win this thread easily, 14,662 hours over 27 months. Yes I've been afking since day one basically.. only time my PC/GW/MSN/Etc is off is when I'm on vacation, even at work I leave it on and such, no big deal really.

~2300 over 28 months. I took a couple 2-3 month breaks and haven't afk'd any of it. Mostly pvp time , never really got too much into pve.

Suggestion for GW2: Make time counter DON'T count AFK time! THX! that way we will know the REAL time of everybody.

I'm totally addicted, got all these hours pure gameplay with very very little afk.
The Screenshot below is the result what I ended up with 10hrs ago.
Well to make it in short I played 36hrs non stop and I just woke up from a 10hrs sleep and now I'm here back in action.

i only play about less than 2 hours a day between swim team practice and computer courses and of course i like to hang out with my friends once in a while so i can only spare about 2 hours a day.

This with quite little AFK time. Only when the board games r on I idle. I also had a 3 month break from GW.
Considering I have a full time job this is quite alot now I look at it. I spend roughly 15% of my life in GW. And up to 20% of my awake life
