I just play the game, farm for my titles, run a few dungeons when I am bored. I decided 2 days ago to get a dread mask, and with only 10K in the bank, I sold some stuff real quick and bought it yesterday. Money can easily be made in the game.

I've played for about 7 months and I really suck at making and holding on to my money. Of course, I've mainly just focused on playing through the storylines and not so much on farming to make some cash. Maybe once I get tired of the story I'll start in on that.....or maybe not...

2000 hours +.Never payed much attention to making money,finisched 3 char 2 in prophecies one in factions,never bought any 15k armor(never had any intrest, nore did i see why id waste my time on it, i prefer the looks of basic sets anyway...)I used to have fun farming for a awhile got a few K's.I sold a few gold/green items back in the day,bought a few,but selling seemed timewasting.Think max i got in storage was 30k something, just hunted/farmed for what i needed and played the game, i rarely bought anything from trading, since you can get equal items of collectors.After finishing a char I mostly started playing PVP might have something to do with it.

I'm pretty effective imo. Been playing for just over 1000hrs and made quite a few mill+a load of ecto, got my main all the armour i'll ever want and got a couple of nice golds

Playing 27 months, 11 sets fow, some minis,some tormented,some req 8s,some ectos, couple millions. Not a big of a collector, all i like is to wear some thing shiny and use in GvG or HA. Making money is fun to me, power trading is my way to do it.my best trade prolly from the 2nd Ghostly Hero in GW i sold, thats when my storage started to shine

Nothing. I have 4 perfect req 8 old school items on my warrior, thats it. I only still have them because there custimized. Gold was never a factor of my game just needed enough plus I enjoyed running and being able to do it at a high price helped.

I dont. I enjoy the game more not having to worry about stuff but I do fancy taking up the running and rushing stuff again but the prices that have dropped so much in the last year and can be seen here on guru for costs such as a Droks Run for 1k. I wouldnt waste my time to be quite honest I'd rather do it free.

Just broke the bank at ~450k last week, and spent it all on shiny things for my Warrior/main (ty to all sellers ^^). Now I'm back up to about 120k in a week. I guess I'm better than I used to be. No real hardcore farming, my 55 hasnt seen the light of day since Halloween, and I mostly like figuring out new places and builds with my warrior before I get bored and move on.

About 6 weeks ago, I dropped 80k in 1 day on 1 char - splurged 55k for a req 9 15^50 Fellblade, 15k for a Skree mini and 10k equipping heroes - turned around and merched 4 stacks of collectors mats for 25k and by this week recouped the remaining amount, just from playing the game.
It's amazing how it just seems to add up when you don't think about it and you don't spend it like a drunken sailor too often.

sin - half vabien, half ancient, black dyed aurete(hella ez to find...but look cool) gloom shield.
ranger- 2 pieces of drakescale 15k.
random mules... with crap mods. Oh, and don't forget my stashes of dyes!!! (primarily purple!)
HOW I DID IT!! Chest farming, farming random bosses... um... playing pve dungeons, and pvping... woot!

its so rediculous that there are people complaining how they have more money than they could ever need while at the same time there are people struggling to find the funds to buy their first 15k sets (like the real world i suppose lol, except for the 15k set thing). there should be some in game charity thing lol

not very, I keep most collectable drops (legs, webs, husks, etc) and most of the materials as well. Since I have neither FoW armor nor any green weapons of value, I dont farm and I have only about 20plat in the storage at any given time........I would have to say

I've spent upwards of around 13-15 million in gold. So that's what I'd say is my made money. Current not as much as I don't play as often. All that money has been spent on armor, keys for chests, charity, and whatever else I'd buy back in the day.

Money goes through me, I can't hoard. My characters have had about 4 or 5 mil spent on them, but I couldn't re-extract that and just have it sitting there. But for me that's what cash is for, the spending, so I'm perfectly happy. When I want a new 15k set I'm highly effective at gaining money- you just need a couple of hours of dedication. The hardcore farming where you could get 100k an hour may not be the same, but on all other levels I think it's easier now than when there was just one chapter. You may not get the huge injections anymore (unless you hit lucky on a particular drop), but the flow is steadier.

A lot of my cash was made by farming very simple spots, vermin mostly (back in the day), but I have done some chest running and some UW. But then again quite a bit was just luck drops, On my first char I got a Superior Vigor which then was worth 75k, so I got 15k armour, and recently I got a R9 ele sword drop which was good for another set of 15k, and mabye a few more lucky drops too.
