Jeeze guys, what is your problem. Technical errors happen every now and again, as this goes it's a big one but they are working their behinds off to sort it out.
I know for a fact that one of the guys trying to sort this out was due to go home 6 hours ago.
Yes, there are VM people playing GW, and visiting Guru (I'm not with vm), one of them was even praising the hell out of guru for being the best GW site around.

and im on quite a good deal with them now since the 4 months of really slow BB we got
and i got those 4 months half price because of it
so i havent got a problem with them really they tend to make up for their screw up but i guess they have to since you gotta admit it happens alot?

I phoned the 25p/min line and got transfered to call centre in India. 14 mins later I had run inetwiz,cleared my ie7 cookies and then told to wait for 2 hours and try again - it was after I was asked to restart in safe mode that I politely told him that I was putting the phone down.
I have never had an issue with my NTL/Virgin line before.
Strange thing is I am just about to move house, i've been telling everyone that I would be staying with Virgin, but I have been waiting for a week for them to tell me that I can get Broadband in the new house. I think that they will be getting a strong 'free' phone call tomorrow saying that if they do not sort it i will be switching to sky, orange or bt.
Any recommendations
