Nothing to new to add, but I wanted to say I used this thread to help me scrape the last few areas I needed for 100% with room to spare. Many thanks to all that contributed!

For Amatz Basin and Zos Channel u just need to do the challenge
get inside and map everything u need and then map out for the other one you well need to get into the guild that currently holds that area to acces i suppose sykoone

This are the spots i still need. How do i get there ?

The massive area on Shing Jea alone should get you pretty close. The larger circle beneath the island is the arena, you can get there by talking to the arena guard in the monastery. Some of the area in the Vizunah Square mission may be very difficult to get, but it all isn't needed.

that's the arena. There will be an npc in shing jea who will take you there. Entering the arena itself is not mapped so don't worry about it.
the imperial sanctum bit is where you go when you get banished. To get banished, you'll need to team up with another player and hope shiro targets you (he won't target you if you're the only human). For the little bits, just scrape again.
just scrape the areas and missions properly. You haven't been through each of them fully.

1: Can be reached by entering the Zen Daijun explorable from Seitung Harbor. At the bridge where there is a bell shrine, turn right and head down towards the beach.
2: Can be reached, but it is a difficult and tricky scrape. Just keep trying. IIRC, you get it from the green area where all the kappa and bonesnap turtles hang out.
3-4: Enter Nahpui Quarter explorable from Senjii's Corner and scrape.
5: The part on the right is done from the Unwaking Waters mission. I believe the part on the left is reached from inside the Kurzick UW outpost.
6: Scraping in Mourning Veil Falls should get this easily.
7: Not sure. I think it may not be possible to get all of that spot. Try scraping near the statues of the gods in Zin Ku outpost.
8-9: Enter Sunjiang District explorable from Zin Ku Corridor or Pongmei Valley. Both of those areas are easy to reach.

I used my eyes and this guide only, no Textmod or Photoshop/Pain Shop Pro, in a little under 1 week of a couple hours a day and starting at 95% from basic "roar kill red dots!" gameplay - no hugging walls etc. Thanks for the great guide =)

You can get ALOT of extra stuff by using the portal jumping method. For example: if you portal jump at Kaneing Docks, you can actually get into Wajjun Bazaar without any foes, and even map part of the undercity (by stepping throug the portal) without teleporting. I managed to get fair amount of extra percentages using portal jumping.

I saw the same part beeing posted above, and it was stated it was part of Aborstone explorable. But I cant seem to reach it from Altrumm Ruins as u can see on the screenshot.

No it isn't. The Local Quarter isn't close to that area. A lot of people have trouble getting that spot and I hear that you get it by viewing a certain screenplay; one to do with Visunah Square. Don't know if this is true though.

You will need to get into Vizunah local and speak to the NPC there. Ask him to show you the mission cinematic. Watching that will clear some of the area you're looking for.

What are these map mods that have the outlines of everything. Iv'e read through and tried the infraview and gimp. Gimp now as Gimp 2, does not have a Mode in the Layers menu, using Cntrl + L does not bring up a layers list. Theres the purple outlines thats on everyones images and theres the brown ones too. What are these?

*The program being used is TexMod with the Cartography Made Easy mod. Look it up on the Official Wiki.
*You can visit Shing Jea Arena on any character you like. You won't be able to participate unless you meet the requirements, but you can get most of the area mapped. Just talk to the Arena Guard in Shing Jea Monastery.

yes, you dont need that spot--you MUST have other areas that you have missed---I have leg carto on multiple characters and MANY have that spot fogged. Look around at the rest of your map, there has to be other spots you have missed.

Go to the Vizunah Square Foreign Quarter, speak to the NPC there, and view the mission cinematic.

Livingston's guide says: "10. There is supposed to be a tiny island north of the Leviathan at this spot. To clear it, head west out of Leviathan Pits, kill the boss mob and the oni spawn on the big island, and squeeze into the southern corner of the big island as tightly as you can. Move around and change the direction you're facing to make sure you clear the spot."
I have explored and explored and can't find where I am suppose to squeeze through. This is driving me nuts!

I think you need to enter pongmei and wall hug slowly working from maatu to the top exit ( ive forgotten its name ) - i recall it being a bitch as i had to keep going bk an forth
