I logged into the update today and did not recieve any rewards after talking to the Xunlai Tournament NPC. I should have recieved 50 RP after gaining 5 points on predicted SpNv as 4th in the GvG MT.

Anyone else not gain anything?

Please no "umm are you retarded?" questions.

My email is the same, the settings are correct, I've gotten rewards before, ect.

Make sure the account email tied to your Xunlai Account is the same as your game account.

I, stupidly, changed my account email and forgot to change my Xunlai email as well...and I should've gotten 15 or so Prediction Points for this month, but me being stupid...yea...

you cannot change pre-order item skins with reward points.

Same deal here, I know I submitted my picks plenty in advance, but I saw nothing as far as rewards went (I should have at least qualified for 25 points looking at my choices vs. the outcomes)

Gah I keep forgetting to check mine. okay, I have a question though - what are Zaishen keys and what do you do with them? I've heard about them but never knew what to use them for or where.

There is a Zaishen chest on the Isle of Nameless(outside Great Temple of Balthazar) which can be opened using a Zaishen key.

Xunlai Tournament doesn't work for me. Two months in a row I betted, and after seeing the results I calculated I should have over 100 points. Didn't get any points. Same the month after. But still the same, no points. I figure it's never gonna work properly, so I've given up on the predicting. Even when I hit I get nothing. Got better ways to spend my time.

I should have about 75 points, but he doesn't even mention the December rewards to me. All he tells me to do is to go predict in the most recent tourney O_o

Althrough something like that was in last month too. I dont get reward points until i spend ones that was on my account already. As soon as i turned them to z-keys, i got another batch of points from a xunlay agent.
This time tho, there is 0 points on my account and still agent dont give me december rewards...
something really glitch there...

Exact same thing happened to me. As in I should be getting 50 points for SpNv comming 4th but I'm getting zilch.
