Anyone Else Not Get Their Xunlai Rewards?

Thanks for the comment Gaile, but for the second time, (at least), a bug effects more than just a few players, and you ask us to act ourselves.
Will this problem be solved just for those who open tickets?
With what I've learned the last times I've used that system, I now rather just wait and hope it will be solved globally, like it should.
(last month I got the reward, so I know I did it right, and this month, I haven't).

I didn't get mine for this time either.
I should have gotten 100 according to the points system, and have claimed prizes under the same account for other months, so the information is registered correctly.

The system was reported to be as fixed this morning, that's about 7 hours ago. Could you please confirm that you are not getting your prizes? And here's something to think about:
- Are you sure you are properly registered? (Check for your confirmation email; perhaps even reset your password through the system.)
- Are you certain you earned points this month?
- Are you checking the Xunlai Tournament House NPC with the proper account? The points can only be given to the proper account.

I know I'm properly registered, just voted on more just an hour ago. Not sure if I earned points, and I have my account registered under the main character I play (gotten rewards the past 2 months with her).

Andrew was just saying that as far as he knows, the ability to vote does not necessarily mean that you are properly registered or that the Xunlai Tournament House is properly synched with your account. We'll find out more, and if the pages on the website need changing, we'll do that.
I want to let you know that I'm not trying to pass the buck on this, or deny that there may be issues. But when we test the system and it works properly, or when someone swears "Yes, I'm registered" and we take the time to check and no, they've never registered, I have to ask these questions.
I've requested a meeting tomorrow with the people involved in the system. We want to make sure that things are functioning properly and that we have a system in place to help when things don't work as they should. Just curious, but does it say how many you have won on the tournament page?
My first time using this for reward points was last month, only other time was for the wintergreen weapons.

To elaborate, you need to make sure your account is registered in game, not just through the Xunlai Tournament House. You need to speak with Tolkano [tournament] in your guild hall or the GToB and choose one of your character names as your "account name." If you open your "H" screen, switch over to account, and you do not see one of your character names listed on that page (you may have a message that says "you need to unlock the Hero Battles outpost to participate in hero battles") your account is not registered.
If you have not received your points, please speak to Tolkano, click "register your account" and see if one of your character names has "account name" next to it. If not, your account is not registered yet and you cannot receive any reward points until it is.
Almost every report of missing points we receive turn out to be one of three things: The account was not registered through Tolkano, the Xunlai House and In-Game accounts were not properly linked together, or the player in question was mistaken that their predictions were correct. Please make sure none of these apply to you, and of course, we will be following up on these reports.

On topic, I've received my reward points for the past 3 months. Prior to that, I had my Xunlai Tournament account incorrectly registered to the wrong email.

We're into Feb predictions, where are my Jan ones so that I can check myself, apparently that's the only way I'll find out, if I'm owed any points! The only thing I did was provide a different e-mail address from my account name when the register page asked for one. Before anyone jumps on me, I did provide my CORRECT account name just a different e-mail. BTW Players are not getting points who have gotten them in the past. What's up with that?

Has anyone else gotten their tournament point rewards for January?.... I thought they'd be out in the begining of Febuary at the latest, and it's March and they're still not here! if you havnt gotten your january ones, its either cause of some wierd error at ANET (in which case you should email anet support), or you inputted your email/charactername/accountinfo improperly, and you should change it and hope for the best next month.

So, I've been trying to get this resolved through the NCSoft support team. They utterly failed to resolve my problem and are pointing me towards the "[email protected]" mailbox, but after a week (!) I have yet to get an answer from that box. Have we all tried emailing this box? I still have yet to get January's points, and I have zero confidence that February's will work correctly. I submitted a support request regarding this earlier and I got a standardized answer - I'm really hoping someone can look into this this time instead of providing a standardized answer. I still have not received my tournament reward points for my Xunlai Tournament Predictions in January. The previous support response amounted to "You'll get them within 30 days", but 30 days have passed and I still don't get the points when I speak to the Xunlai Tournament Agent in game. All my friends have their points.
