Well this is rather annoying. If Anet isn't going to do anything about this bug/problem I don't want to waste my time voting anymore. I don't even watch the battles, I just pick the highest number so I can have some chance to get elite tomes or gold weapons for free. It is ridiculous to say there's a prize for doing something, then for some reason or another you dont' get it. IMO, it's kind of like scamming, and hopefully some day Anet will look at it that way and fix the problem.

I think it varies, one month last year they were given out a day or two after the tournament ended - I think in January it took one week.

your reward points for your Xunlai Tournament House predictions. Please
follow each of these steps to ensure your account is properly set up:
1. You need to speak with Kun Shao [Xunlai Tournament Agent] in the
Great Temple of Balthazar in order to claim your prize. Reward points
are not added to your account automatically, they must be received from
Kun Shao each month.
2. Make sure you are logged into Guild Wars with the account linked
to your Xunlai Tournament House account.
3. Make sure you have selected an "Account Name" through Tolkono
[Tournament] in game. To do this, talk to Tolkono, select "register my
account" and choose one of your character names as your "account name."

The web interface is clumsy, I always have to reset and start from scratch if I want to change one prediction for some reason.
Also, could Kun Shao not open a link to the web page of the Xunlai House?
I really had to tell my guildies to take part, as it really pays off. But I know many people that are totally unsure how this works. The rewards should be given out at a fixed date and more reliable, too.

3) Whine here until points come out.
4) Buy Zaishen Keys with points.
5) Rant about all the Creme Brulees.
