Oh, no, it's ok for a player to /report without having absolute "proof." We don't slap a block or a ban on someone without careful examination of their character history. The Support Team has become super-fast and super-accurate about looking at a bunch of different statistics (I think they look at about 20+ different parameters) and determining "Yep, that's a bot." (leprekan, I don't question that you've been blocked in error, and I'm very sorry for that, but I assure you, you are part of a very small percentage of the numbers who are blocked with all justification.)
So even if a dozen people stand in SJM and send /report to the system about the exact same character, no account is going to get booted until the team has researched the account. (Ahem, after which, I imagine, they will be booted. I mean, they're bloomin' easy to spot!

Thanks for helping out, guys. SJM is definitely a super-hot bot spot just now. You send 'em; we'll nab 'em, with thanks. I'll check with Support when we have our weekly call to see how we're doing on the blocks and bans.
