Ice tooth cave is nice, also all the other remote outposts such as fishermans haven, port sledge, I didn't even know they eisted until attempting cartographer. My guild hall as well, hang out, talk, maybe scrim for fun, its the ultimate place for chillaxing, even if it is surrounded by molten lava.
Also the jungle's a big one for me, its so beautiful, I don't know why people skip it.

I don't know that anywhere really feels like "home". As they said, home was really Pre Searing. Not even the starting areas in Factions and Nightfall can compare to the feeling of Pre Searing Ascalon.
That said, there are a few locations that seem comfortable or relaxing to be in for me. The Kodash Bazaar is particularly peaceful to me. Overall I love Vabbi and the exotic feeling to it.

When I started playing GW, my graphics card was abysmal - an integrated piece of RED ENGINE with shared RAM that was technically not supported. I shouldn't have even been able to run GW on it, so you should understand how much I loathed loading into populated towns. This, and my love for Tyrian cartography, led me to camp out in far, out-of-the-way places with spawn points near storage 
In Tyria, I settled in Port Sledge - a seemingly pointless (ever since the Ember Light Camp skill trader update) but neat little outpost.
In Cantha, I stopped in Tanglewood Copse when I had to (because of having more Kurzick faction), but as Jade Sea was my favorite, the "bowl sky" of Breaker Hollow became my roof.
In Elona, I enjoyed Vabbi the most, and Tihark Orchard was both small and beautiful enough to stay longer than strictly necessary. Most of my characters log off from it now, even though I have a much better graphics card, simply because of convenience: they've got tons of quests unfinished in Nightfall, and the storage and the merchant are >this< close to each other.
I haven't gone far into the Eye of the North, but I guess the Hall of Monuments would be it. Sure, it breaks the pattern of actual outposts, but if it a shrine to all of my character's accomplishments, how could I pass it by?

Hmm, Guild Hall, LA, HoM, or Fisherman's Haven. Well, used to be Fisherman's Haven, not so much since GWEN came out. I still find LA to be one of the coolest cities...perhaps because it used to be the farthest you could get to in the beta preview weekends and so every beta weekend I would embark on a journey there, so I suppose it holds a special place in my heart.

I find myself hanging out a lot in Maatu Keep or Senji's Corner in Factions; small, compact outposts w/ pretty much everything you need. I dislike the outposts that have a lot of twisting walkways or lack certain services (skill sellers are very important to me for getting cap signets).

I've gotten two of my four Tyrian characters to Kamadan, so they're hanging out at the Sunspear Great Hall.
Other two are in Lion's Arch, at least until I can finish Sunspears in Kryta with them.
My Dervish is currently pushing through Kourna, so he's at the Sunspear Sanctuary.
My newest Warrior is pretty much always in Kamadan, as I go through the Nightfall grind to get him to the mainland.
Generally speaking, though, I prefer Maguuma Stade, and similar outposts that few people ever visit, or the last available district of cities.
It's nice to have silence without turning off all chat.

Lion's Arch. Well, Kryta, in general. Just always loved it there, and it's nice to be around others. Can't wait for it to return to its former glory before the snow moved in.
