My character's home would probably be the guild hall (Isle of Meditation) I actually have a house picked out that I consider mine, I go up on the porch whenever I'm going afk for a while
However I also consider Shing Jea Monestary a great place to go to relax (not just because of the non-stop disco in dis 1 :-P ) because I started out in factions so it's kinda close to my heart

Xylias Spiritbound hangs out in Kamadan or LA, letting out his Rollerbeetle to get some fresh air while he sells stuff. It's not really his home, but it's where he spends the greatest deal of time. He'd probably have a great home at Shing Jea, where they hold the Dragon Festival and all the New Year festivals, since he likes DA and racing so much.
Myself, I'm too busy going around beating things on HM to settle down. If I were done with everything and had my God title and all the other prestige things I'd ever want...
I could settle in Doomlore Shrine because it reminds me of my pre-Searing days.
I could settle in Shing Jea because every time I go there, I can find people to talk to.
I could settle in the Hall of Monuments, to watch out for any other very accomplished persons.
I could settle in Fisherman's Haven, being that out-of-the-way spot of calm waters and good people.
I haven't found a home yet for myself. I guess I'm just a traveler.
