Same as Kook~NBK~. A friend (the ele) killing the last boss for Dunes of Despair at the last second while overcoming the loss of D/cing.
Me (warrior) and my monk were healing the Ghostly Hero while my friend (ele) with a monk and a friend (forgot what profession he was) went after all three bosses. Other friend D/cd after they took down 2 of the 3 bosses. The last boss was the monk. All I can remember is watching the time counter drop towards 0 and as it hits between 3-1 and wait to fail the bonus then al of the sudden all I hear out of TS is adult language and cheering. And it was about our fourth time trying to beat the darn bonus.

I had never been in any of the Slaver's dungeons before, and an alliance group started so I signed up. We ended up setting (by complete coincidence) this amazing ultra-physical team...1 imbagon, me as SY! Dragonslash, a splinter barrage FS, 2 Moebius sins, one with SY!, 2 monks, and finally a hero D/N orders...nothing like having 2 different copies of Save Yourselves! on me, with me using it myself! We plowed through everything but Forge and Duncan before logging off, it honestly was one of the best groups I've ever been with (nobody using any Ursan crap, I HATE when people ping that without the group being Ursan...)

Mine aren't that impressive.
Being the last alive in Kodonur Crossing twice, once as an OoU MM and once as a Restoration Ritualist.
I killed the last two mobs with six minions on my Necromancer, and managed to buff the centaurs on my Ritualist who killed the last few mobs.
Recently, I pugged through Arborstone on my Monk. There was a party wipe at the end save for another Ritualist, myself and Danika. We managed to keep her alive long enough to open the door amidst many "omg"s from the rest of the party.
Dear God, I ain't joining a team with two Assassins ever again. There were far too many moments when I'd click on one of them, and go "Oh, CRAP. He's using Shadow Form!" and try to get in a heal when his enchantment expired, but was always focused on healing the other one. Ughh.

RA, had a decent team, but on our 10th match got drilled down to 1v1, me on my sin against a hammer warrior. Had he been any good he'd have destroyed me, but I kited to regain health (amidst the "run moar n00b") then successfully one-spike-ganked him for the 10th win.
Didn't mean a lot to kill the guy since clearly he wasn't that great, but it sure was a climactic 10th win and the team, even if they weren't important, were psyched about it.

I've had a lot of those, had one just today, in fact.
Was doing Eternal Grove on my new W, 1st attempt tho I'd finished game via Gayala. Had been using a shield and monk wand for whole game while getting my LS title with H&H, so had to switch to a sword build.
Me and my ele, MM and Mo heroes took one side while the ranger and 'sin and their 2 Mo heroes took the other. They wiped twice during the mission. I managed to run over and get them res'd and we successfully completed the mission, tho they lost the 4 singers on their side side so I didn't get masters. Oh, well.
But I was totally awesome.

Lets see.... I got this terribly mean group that kept yelling me at every little thing i did wrong in UW HM SC. They were all little arrogant 5 year olds that couldn't handle losing. So before we finished I didn't tell the group that we didn't kill the keeper of secrets at the end, rushed back to the chest, got my stuff and the reaper died... Epic Win for me as a comeback...

For me:
Place: Abbadon's Mouth mission
Type: intended to be skill capping off the bosses
Team: Those that stayed were amazing
Numbers at the end: 5/8
Description:
Odd group balance because the goal was skill capping and just for the record we are talking way before there was any all powerful PVE skills. 4 Warriors (actually all set as W/R with 2 cap sigs and res sig so no hard res skills), R/Mo, E/something and the standard heal and prot monks.
We get to first boss pair and find good ole Willa the healing tank is doing his thing. Ele rushes in like a lemming and get splattered by the Mursaat tower and some jades - hmm - not infused). Ele yells and monks for not healing, monks yell at warriors for not taking interrupts to kill Willa and end result is no caster love as they all rage quit leaving 4 warriors with the ranger.
Common sense says go back and restart but a quick show of hands decided amongst ourselves to see if we could take Willa down. Progress was very slow but in the end the poor bugger must have run out of energy to spam orison of healing. Bouyed with the success we decided to press on for our captures and perhaps even the mission. We spent the next 3 hours rushing in, ganking one target, running away and hoping that the ranger would stay alive to res up where we dropped. I remember going to 60 DP and back to 20 and back to 60% again. At one point we had 4 dead tanks and one badly hurting and running ranger.
Suffice to say we all captured our 2 elites, beat the mission and did the happy happy joy joy dance whilst chanting "Monks - what are they good for - ABSOLUTELY NOTHING" .

Soon after Factions release, I made a Sin. Like every other sin, I was shunned from groups. So me and 4 other shunned sins, ONE Monk, a War, and a Mes (nice group, eh)...did Vizunah.....and pummeled it, getting masters. Not one of us died. The other team consisted of a couple players and henchies...no MMs.
It was quite the moment.

Just finished The Burning Forest quest while 2 of the terribaddie Necros on our team ditched us to go loot everything and sell it to Forgemaster. I guess they were poor, so in reality it was really 6/8, but those two weren't helping. The other two ursans left. It was just me on HB and another monk each dedicated to healing singular Ursans. We still had to kill the Priest of Menzies and do Forest of the Wailing Lord, both were pretty difficult with all the HM spike damage and lack of prot spells, especially with only 2 killers. After numerous deaths the Necros decided to help again (ZOMG) but after we finished the Wailing Lord and took the Gift of Griffons, we just faked out the necros and let them die. They starting a huge QQ fit but me and other monk told them they got what they deserved.
We tried to trick them out of the game by saying stuff like "GG kid you're dead you can't get end chest now" (even though everybody gets rezed at the end). The one necro was a real baddie and ragequit the game but the other one stayed. Oh well. We still had a little vengeance on the one kiddie. Eventually we ended up completing. It took us an extra hour with just the 2 Ursans to finish up those last 3 quests and get the couple Shard Wolves that remained, but I thought it was a test of endurance, and I was at the time quite up to the challenge. Probably my most memorable PvE experience. Oh yeah, then we all got pure shit from end chest ^^

Early days of GW when THK was rock solid with PuGs. I finally got into a decent team but on one of the final groups before Dorian in the keep there was a party wipe on the stairs, due to the fact I will remain the best Wammo in history I was packing Light Of Dwayna, so I rushed to the stairs and got a full party res. We finished the mission easily after that.
Running Gates Of Madness in the early weeks of Nightfall for 100k was a pretty good moment aswell.

at the end of hells precipice(sp?) i felt so accomplished i completed the mission and kill u know who(dont wna spoil if anybody didnt beat it yet). and basically beating the game knowing that i only used Henchmen. i was VERY antisocial and never wanted to play with humans so i always henched everything (including my favorite THK) everyone always use to say how hard/impossible it is to do with hench, and yet i take em threw it easily. good time. although i do wish i could relive those good ole days and made a few more friends, had more fun, and all. but still beating the game with only henchmen was a big accomplishment for me.

i don't know if this really qualifies as a moment but there's not much better than when i'm running my derv in AB or whatever and i target a sin and he just 'splodes in about 2 hits. i also like it when everyone in my party is at about 25-50% health and near the verge of wiping and somehow me and whichever other monk is there heal everyone else all the way back up and we end up destroying whatever it was that beat us up.

Scenario: THK HM, pre-GWEN
I'm sure everyone's pretty familiar by now with King (Leeroy) Jalis' occasional suicide attempts. My team'd just fought their way into the fort, and we were clearing it out when Jalis, in surge of patriotism, kingliness and leadership, decided to rush straight into a group of mursaat. I thought he was going to die, because he was degening impossibly fast, but I managed to hold on. I was so amazed I was gaping at my screen.
The other one was an ursanteam doing Selve, in a party plagued heavily by random d/cs and heavy lags. The other monk err07ed out halfway through, and the party decided to press on anyway, so I figured I'd just keep monking. At the restless dead spawn bit the warrior went "...we're going to wipe." We didn't, much to his surprise - he said his last Selve team wiped twice even with two monks.

Then 4 of the other ursans left, and left us with 1 monk and two ursans. With one of the hardest places in fow to do it. The other two resigned, and i told em i wasnt quitting afte an hour for nothing. We proceeded to own the forst, whilst on a -60, as the monk kept running out of energy. And we did it. Took us another hour though. Ill just resign if anything similar happens ever again.

Um...my moment that im really proud of was that mission with Glint where the bonus is to kill her.
The team was foreign, the english was bad and we were in HM. She kept killing us all, 2 people went afk cause they didint care cause we were failing, ursan didint work. I kep telling them not to attack when glint used a certain skill they just ignored me. Then i realised of a usefull combo on my war. dismember+agonizing chop=me disrupting that skill all the time and saving the team from wasting their time and failing . Ive had many moments that one being my favourite. None of them even thanked me though .

my moment was in that kuunavang's mission(really can't get mission name in my mind atm >_> - the one with luxon and kurz side).
Well, few guildies had that mission as last one for their Guardian of Cantha and they were strugling with it. So, in the end i decided to come and give them a hand with it. I was a monk and i usually like to bring pain inverter and technobable(or whatever it is) with me, so i brought it on that mission too. We went past that movie in mission and were in last room with kuunavang. AoE was too much so all but me and one hero survived and kuunavang was down to like 35% hp. Me and hero then started hitting him and at like 20% hero died too. It was just me vs HM Kuunavang, 1v1 battle lol. I was healing myself and hitting him with pain inverter. In the end, he was down to like 3% of his hp when i ran out of energy and died O_O
Another one was on the New Year day this year, me and few of my guildies went to do Kathadrax HM for the 1st time - noone really knew that mission and end boss still had that hp regen. As always i brought technobable and pin inverter with me and i was monk. We had some problems on our way, but we made it to the boss - we weren't prepared for those fireballs and expected boss to go down quite fast with our pain inverters - it was a failure - most of ppl got to 45%~ DP and then only me and one monk were alive. Ppl wanted to /resign, but i didn't want to. I went on to tank that boss(i had low hp because of DP and of course PS in my bar). While i was keeping PS on me and other monk healing me, i was spamming pain inverter and other monk slowly managed to rezz few more party members - all "real" tanks were standing there and laughing at me while tanking as monk, but in the end it was worth it - after like 20mins of spamming pain inverter and PS we killed that boss Chest drops were crap, but i had great feeling after what happened

While I was going through Proph. on monk my monk I got to The Dragon's Lair mission in the desert and formed a PUG. I don't quite remember what the team consisted of but I remember that I was the only monk and we had one warrior. Before entering the mission, we decided to do the bonus. Not too far into the 1st room, are warrior ran into a mob and died despite my efforts at healing. Since he was supposed to be a tank we asked him, "Why did you die so quickly? You're supposed to tank!"
He then replied, "What's a tank?"
I thought we we're screwed, for the rest of the mission and the bonus. We did ok without him although he would yell at me to rez him everytime he died which was Very often.
After the cutscene we proceeded to pick up the dragon egg and face glint.
The warrior died instantly and many times after that. Each time he would scream at me that I was a bad healer even though he was the only one in the group to every die because he as ingnorant and unprepared. After much time and many deaths (included myself), we were successful
I couldn't believe it, but we did it!

So for about 10 minutes I"m healing this Golem while he Golem is killing the boss. We ended up winning because the boss never targeted me and only the Golem who I kept WoHing.
It was pretty epic.

During the Factions Preview Weekend I made a Ranger, and got her all the way up to The Eternal Grove. The pugs I grouped with all were Assassins...because everyone was an Assassin in the Preview. So with one Ranger, six Assassins and the Protection hero Redemptor Karl, we tried to tackle the mission.
Things started getting downhill right from the start, the squishy Assassins getting overrun by Luxon and their turtles. Me and Redemptor Karl were pretty much running around the map to ress all those sorry Assassins.
As soon as the Afflicted were started to gang up upon the trees, it really got terrible. Redemptor Karl got killed pretty quickly, along with 3 of the Assassins, with more Assassins getting killed every minute.
So there I was, a Ranger, who luckily brought a hard-ress. Only thing I have been doing during that last phase of the mission was ressing, and ressing and ressing, only to see that Assassin getting killed soon afterwards.
But somehow, we made it. I don't recall ever firing a shot in that mission, just running and ressing.
Even made a screenshot of our victory

Have to be guild Deep runs, back before hardmode. May not of been super hard, but the first few times we're challenging until we learned the tricks. Not to mention we were a pretty close guild, so thats always fun. Dragon Estos ftw

Eternal Grove. I was playing as a MM before SR was changed. Left side went down with plenty of mobs comming in. I held down the right side while my side went to go help. The guys on my side started dropping like flies till they were all dead. A warrior had quit thinking it was over.
My side was almost cleared so I left my minions to go help. I started making minions to hold agro while I rebirthed the entire team. I would make a few minions then rebirth and so on. Saved the team and we also got masters.
FYI was the warrior boss afflicted that was wiping the entire party.

Here's two, one of mine and one I saw.
The first was in Dragon's Lair, my first time through the game. My buddy and I got in a PuG to do the mission, and we cruised pretty easily. I can't even remember my build at the time, but I'm pretty sure I was rocking Penetrating Shot, Poison Arrow and Read the Wind plus my pet (because at the time, I didn't know that I could take Charm Animal off my bar and NOT have my pet disappear forever, lol). Anyway, we get to the end and say "Lets try and kill Glint". Somehow we managed to, and to the best of my knowledge, I didn't get hit once during the fight. It's also where I learned how to interrupt.
The second story was back Pre-Nightfall. I was getting a Droks run, and I decided to die so I could watch the runner do his thing. He managed to make the entire run using Rush as his main speed skill and without Balanced Stance. I'm still really not sure how he pulled it off...

Was in a guild group against QuCo in HA, we hated them, and they had some pretty clean spikes going. This was at the point where they were running two expert's dexterity rangers (aka not too long ago) and it was in underworld, but a high tension match pretty much. I'm not the leader of this team, and notice we're out in the open in front of the stairs. So i go everyone, what da hell. Get on top of the bridge now. They were running all over the place while we got on top of the bridge, they had the morale advantage from getting off a few spikes, and had no aoe, after getting on top of the bridge their spikes started failing and ours started coming through.

The usual THK or Sorrows Furnace missions.
But a recent one was getting 100 points at Zos Shivres(sp?) challange mission to bump up the alliance faction cap lol.
Me a and 2 other guildies. Me and the other guilde were on our assassins and we tanked all the monsters, each of us had like +200 monsters on each other lol. Then the 2n guildie was going to kill the adepts. He kills 2 of them then dies :S. We where at 90 points then lol. So then we just had to hold out for another 10 mins or so to get 100 points lol. Got it in the end but took like 30 mins. Good fun lol.

I think mine was at Bloodstone Fen in the beggining of GW when missions were hard and you actually had to work throught the storyline with C grade weaps and imperfct mods with low level armor.... ahhh the olden days
Anyways, I think my group was an average group when suddenly we overaggroed and (at the last scene) we started dropping like flies. Me and one other guy managed to run away from the overambush and then most of us wanted to quit (i think 1 or 2 actually did). But before I was going to give up I convincd the group to give it one last shot. So I made a plan and went in and tanked for my guy while he rezzed the monk - I died, but monk rezzed everyone close to him and we actually won - though I was dead - but we beat the bosses =) yay

Halls. entire team wiped except 3 guys right after the 1 min mark for capture points. 3 of us split off in the midst of the other 2 teams fighting for center. we capped both of the opponent home bases at :31 and recieved both points. won cuz they coudlnt make it back in time.

We were doing some HM dungeon (can't remember wich) and there was a boss around half way wich was listed that sometimes spawns twice... needless to say we got 2 bosses on our heads when 1 was already more than we could handle.
After alot of dieing we realized we'll be kicked out soon for -60dp... lucky us I took a whole bunch of canycanes and saved the day. Endchest was crap and my candy was prolly worth more than I got out of it but at least I completed my Legendary whatever...
