Look..Ursan is overpowered. We all know that. All the PvE skills are. I can accept that PvE skills are more powerful than normal.
Ursan goes beyond overpowered into an exploit. Lets look at some Ursan exploitations.
Ursan has a fixed -2 degen: This means zealous mods activate without negative effects.
Ursan doesnt remove pre-existing stances/shouts. You can have infinite Mending Refrain.
Ursan relies on maintaining energy but it doesnt remove primary attribute effects. Paragons and Dervishes benefit heavily while being Ursan through the shouts, and enchants from monks.
A balanced Ursan should make ANY class have the same energy pool, armor, default regen, remove all existing echants/shouts/blessings and disable affects of weapons.
Look at how Dragon Arena for a BALANCED implementation of an "equalizer".
