How many guilds have you been in?
Roderick Bravehart
I've been in four total.
I used to run one when Prophecies just came out. We were fairly good, basic PvP and such. Eventually, I had to move one b/c real life intervened. I ended up giving the guild to a friend, and he continues to run it to this day.
My Second and third guilds were half-decent. Dark Lords of Kael, we were good at PvE and various GvG battles. Very similar to the one I'm in now. Guild Leader eventually moved us into the old (KING) alliance before they went big. We didn't stay long. After a few months, the guild disbanded due to more RL stuff. (Get's in the way doesn't it?) The disbanded members formed a sister-guild and are still together even today. I left because the people weren't very helpful and most of the veteran members had left for better guilds.
The one I'm in now is great. I think I'll be staying for a long time. They're not too hardy on PvP donations, community is great, and the people are nice. It's like a big happy family. Yes, there is some drama, but together we always manage to help each-other through.

In this thread, we take the number of guilds we have been in, and divide that number by 15, and post.

I've been in a few guilds.
I joined GW in Jan. 2006
First guild was a fun guild owned by an IRL friend; I left when he quit.
Started guildhopping a bit, found a nice guild around the first Dragon Festival. Then their leader changed in September, I didn't like the new one; I left.
Started guildhopping again, found a nice guild around late September 2006. I remember that they had an election for a new officer, and somehow I won. I stayed as an officer until 11/17, then left because the leader got really arrogant and snobby.
Right after I left, I found the guild I'm in now. Been with 'em through thick 'n' thin, and I love this guild.

Over 29 months; three or four max. This is not counting the numerous times i created a guild for myself, to stop receiving private messages, and to have a decent cape. (My situation atm).
Biostem
I've been in 3;
1. When I first got GW in '05, I joined some random guild after running a couple missions w/ a few of its members. I later took a break from GW and was out of the guild when I came back. I never did much w/ that guild, anyway.
2. I got back into GW maybe a year and a half ago, and got a friend or 2 into GW as well; we formed our own guild. Those friends got bored and moved on, and thus that guild ended.
3. I joined up w/ a guild a friend a work is in, and that's where I am now...

Lord Sojar
Too many...I used to guild hop. /sadface. Now, I hang out with my best GW friends in whatever guild we come up with.
Shaz
Four.
First guild was a bunch of friends from another game, I left cause most quit and the one that was left wanted to go in different directions. Was in that one for about 5 months.
Then I joined a pvp guild cause I wanted to do some pvp. But after 6-7 months they started to get inactive so I left to join another pvp guild. Stayed in that one for about a year, then took 1 month break and got back and didn't feel like pvp anymore.
So then I join SMS because I wanted some pve action, but they're all pretty bad, especially knoll . Been in it for 7 months and counting.

Shadowmere
Just one, randomly grouped with them about a week or so after getting the game, been with em ever since. I <3 them all dearly, they're on the relaxed side of things and are undeniably fun people
paganwytch
36 + .... yea >.>
Monkey Slayer
I've only been in 2. The first one I joined and stayed in for a while. After a while we all got fed up with the Alliance, left and made our own. Moved to the lead guild and stayed there ever since.
Nessar
Wow lets see...
The first guild I stayed in as a noob, got disbanded. Stayed in a second guild for nearly half a year. Third one stayed in for about a monthish. Fourth guild stayed in for almost 6,7 months, despite it falling apart over and over again. Now I'm in my own guild ^^ So thats 5 guilds.
But if you want to count all the guilds I've been in for a day...bump that up to 12

Between 25 and 50, probably.

Grand total of 3.
First one was in about a year and a bit, left because things just weren't happening.
Second one about a month or 2, enjoyed it but wasn't the right guild for me.
My current, been in about 2 weeks, although with some members from my first guild.
S'all good.

30+ probably. Joined a lot over the past few months, but none really cklucked, but I joined a rl friends guild and been with them for a few weeks. just me and a few mates in it.
Takekaze
Been in GW ever since day one and I was in... zero guilds.
Pleikki
mm.. probably 5-6 and played since beginning
Silent Coyote
Lost count... I would estimate around 10-15 over 37 months. Finding a good guild is probably the hardest part of this game. Only three of them stand out really, unfortunately two of them died from inactive-ness and the third got disbanded.
Thinking back on it makes me a sad panda .

A bunch, I generally try to get kicked from any guild that's trying to recruit players because recruiting random people is pretty dumb.
Sora267
Whenever I leave a guild I generally go into a hopping stage for a day or two till I find a decent guild. My first guild was my friend's guild, and I left when he stopped playing. I hopped for a while, then joined some Monty Python-obsessed guild. I then hopped for a bit, then joined some other guild which promoted me to officer the day I joined via some election. O_o. I left a month-ish later when I decided I didn't want to spend half of my weeks worth of playtime recruiting. I then joined a lovely guild named Leet Haxorz Ftw [HaX] in November of 2006, which later renamed to Seekers of Aralia [Myth] in 2007. This was by far one of my favorite guilds, as I stayed in it until March of this year, when we disbanded and took our core active members with us into [TAM], which is where I am now. So, counting the hopping stages, I've been in about 30ish, but guilds I've taken seriously... 5, counting HaX and Myth as one guild.
Dzan
Probably about 10-15. PvP guilds have a short lifespan. generally.
Konig Des Todes
Thats impossible for me to answer specifically. Probably around 20-30. I either end up joining small guilds which bug the living heck out of me for some reason (strange as I don't like being around people a lot), or they were big and I got kicked for "annoying" people who were jerks to me (I never did much to them )
Traveller
4. When I started, I was by myself for a good while. Then I started to look for a guild, and got into one which wasn't right for me - too few members and members did mostly PvP. Then I found a very nice guild, whom I was with from sep 2005 to may 2007. After that, I formed a one-man guild and only until recently joined a "real" guild.
Falaria
I've been in 4 guilds thus far.
First: Hubby, me and our best bud who originally got us into the game. Our friend became less and less active. 6 or 7 months months
Second: Mainly aussies, but being in Canada our time zones didn't match up and there was usually pressure to PvP. 4 or 5 months
Third: One huge guild where members overflowed into allied guilds due to the 100 member cap. The hierarchy crumbled a few months before last xmas and it has been in dis-repair ever since. About 2 and a half years with this one.
Fourth: Refugess from the third guild and very happy even after 5 months and part of a wonderful alliance now.

I have been in 2 guilds since I have started playing about 2 1/2 years ago.

i been through a lot of guilds. One guild I left because they are too inactive, several guild kicked me ether I didn't contribute or the leader decided to dismantle it. I even left some guilds because the daily requirements may be hard to keep track (like having to keep track contributing 5k factions to your guild per day). Tip to remember, the best guild to be in is they don't have some sort of daily requirement and a guild you can have fun in. Remember. try to be as helpful as you can and guild members may like you.

Hmm... I've been in a total of 4 guilds, i believe. first 3 of them were the same people, remade over and over again. Names:

Only been in two guilds that are worth my memory. [ORC] was my first guild, and awesome people that made me love the game - and are the people that started me on voice comms for gaming (TS!!). Also, a high-end PvE division in XoO that broke off and renamed itself to [aOa] - I played with those folk for almost two years.
Nick Of Troy
Started in my friends guild Descendents of Doric [king], but that died after i became the only active member.
Was questing with a guy and he invited me to his guild Rule of the Roemans [roe] , but left due to no one being online when i was.
Then i joined my current guild Human Alliance (HA), been with them for about 6 months now
