Well, he demanded for ANet to unban all the 117s or tomorrow he will... Make AB unplayable, as in all who enter will crash and get dishonorable, and he will mess with the Kurzick/Luxon borderline.

There have been various exploits in the past where people could disconnect/crash other players, there was even an exploit recently where people could get semi-GM status by a client hack, remember...
I wouldn't worry too much, so what if AB doesn't work tomorrow, it will only make Anet finally cracking down hard on these exploits.

There was a thread about a guy who could crash whole districts or maps and such (I think he "tested" it in AB and everyone d/c'ed), sounds like something similar. Attention seeker I'd guess, as several people noted already.

If that guy has made some tool or modified his client to cause buffer overflows on another players remote client, and intends to extort ANet with it, then that's extremely serious; we're well past mere permabanning here, and headed towards FBI investigation and PMITA prison territory.

As for his claims... I'm assuming you took screenshots of the conversation? If so then just send those into support. If not, well then I'll guess that Anet probably won't have to hard of time finding out who it is and just re-ban them.

It's not a private server, seeing as how his name is displayed in the last screen shot, PM his ass, also the morale boost is in town guys... you don't get the effects in town since ANet has never registered Morale boosts in town it won't work correctly.

talk about shooped looking info. Those #s are not in the normal boost box, the normal boost colors or anything. They arent even friggin straight, that is a totally photoshopped image. Good lord if you are going to fake something at least do it where it is even marginally believable. I've bumped into a few people who can demonstrably crash your client on demand. I'm not sure how it's done, but the exploit does exist.

The GWLP game server doesn't have the capability to produce what you see in the screenshots. (Unless someone is working on it without my knowledge.) NPCs, parties and party formation, opening the map outside of pre-searing crashes the client (not easy to fix), guilds and capes are not supported, and those armor pieces are not in the database.
So unless someone has done a lot of work (the people I know who are currently working on it haven't been able to get it to work with the latest builds) they are either photoshopped (doubtful) or real.
If they are real it's just a case of ArenaNet not making sure the information sent from the client to the server is valid and safe.
