can anyone tell me if they have gotten a frog scepter form any other place besides bogroot dungeon if so if it was in HM or NM.

and for those that haven gotten form bogroot also was it in HM or NM.

HM only increases your chances at the end chest. Since you get 2 items.
In normal mode you just get 1.

As far as I know, you get the scepter only from Bogroot Dungeon.

They do, from the banshees during Wailing Lord, and its really, really rare that it happens. And it happened to me! (My guildies hate me , I get all the golds and good drops)

Also Ravagers may drop them, but it's also very rare, maybe even more rare.
