I might have supported this with skills that actually need this, like Mend Ailment, the skill removes a condition, theres no point to list ALL the conditions in the skill description.

But, this... ? Shortening skill descriptions that are already short and precise? No, no...

I dont mean to flame, but im quite disappointed with this. With limited resources (as we all guess is the case) they bug themselves with THIS, instead of working on real issues?

So what it toggle so if it was Concise Toggle it off it displays longer version of the text so you can understand it better then sort it when you understand good enough. Me personally I like a change old stuff gets old fast and quick, so it change.

I'm sticking with traditional atm, but i'm probably gonna go for concise.

Reason being i know what practically every skill does by icon yet the occasional one that i dont i have to mouse over and spend like 5 seconds reading it to figure what it is when the enemy uses it lol.

Nice little feature though anet, cheers.

Whats next? An option to view all skills in pig latin? Waste of an update.

Some descriptions are bad. For example, Icy Veins is listing the effect on death before the effect as soon as you cast it, you would think it would be in chronological order. I think they just did this to mess with our minds.

Probably traditional.

The builds I play with I tend to use over a long period, so I don't really pay attention to the descriptions. However, when I'm using a new skill I want a more detailed description of what it does.

As implied by the patch notes, the majority of this update was prepared by the localization team.

I find it unlikely that the time this particular team spent on this patch could have been better spent.

Once you're good at the game you never have to stop and read it. You just look at the icon and know what it does - long or short blah blah text doesn't change that.

They've just taken another opportunity to add some BS update nobody needs in order to avoid the real problems.

Apparently aNet no longer things this Teen-rated game can be understood by teens.

I'd have to agree. There's a lot of stupid people. XD

But *serious cat face* honestly? I feel, as usual, there are more worthwhile improvements to be made.
