IF this is an april fools joke, then its a pretty well thought up one, and those saying "zomg this is teh ghey april fools joke!!1!11oneone!11" need to get a sense of humor. it would be even MORE funny if Gaile was in on the whole thing. seeing Andrew in the "viewing this thread" further reinforces the idea that they are all standing around a computer screen reading this and having a good laugh :P

Maybe sometimes things didn't work out the way anyone envisioned, which is bound to happen when you've been working for seven years, but it's apparent that you at least do what you can for everyone. And for that I thank you.

This newly-created role will allow me to fulfill my passion for helping players and most importantly, since this will be my focus, I hope to be able to offer a significant contribution towards making our player support system even better in the future.
