You can earn keys from the predictions (not sure how fast you can farm this title making predictions, but at least you can do it).
I don't see it as a big deal. You can mount the title at rank 1, you can farm the keys fairly easily to rank 1 in PvP in many ways including AB, Fort Aspenwood, and Jade Quarry, and it's account wide. And honestly, no one's really harmed by this. Not sure why there's a big uproar.
The AI fixes were nice, hopefully we'll be seeing more of those.

hm..k... so a new version of the Treasure Hunter title track, with an emote and expensive keys. like..anet are you smoking something dank? cool idea but..totally applied to the wrong title track. stick it to KOaBD or make it based on your balth faction or something... its not even a pvp or pve title track (kinda like lux/kurz titles

Why I feel I am the only one using my own earned keys? (300 keys or more, I don't remember exactly)

Too much PvP and PvE rewards, more than necessary, gold is completely pointless. this totaly fails.....there are ppl who used a lot of keys before this....and I think that shoud b fixed so points become retroactive....cuz like this...it rly fails...I know a man who used more then 1000 keys XD imagine how he feels

Seriously, not every update is going to be fantastic, but some good things were done, and the title, well, I'll probably ignore it for now other than turning in my prediction points for keys now. Heck, I need to do some AB for faction, might as well get some keys while I'm at it now.

That is 3 to 30 years of daily gaming to supply one maxed title to PvEr who would buy it from that player exclusivelly. In order to have reasonable ETA of achieving this title, one Pver would be buying regulary from dozen or so of PvPers. This is title whose max rank can consume daily faction output of whole GWs population.
Even if few couple of people go for this seriously, demand is guaranteed to be HUGE. and now add a whole lot of people who casually buy couple of keys now and then.

Let's not, unless they turn it into a 'total Balthazar faction gained' title at the same time.
A vast number of existing Balthazar points have already been rewarded, with unlocks or to acquire keys that were sold to other players who didn't get title points for them either. No need to reward those again.

Z chest title is another crap attempt to make the game better/give us more content.
