Maybe not solo anymore, but if you take a Frozen Soil hero, you shouldn't have no problems at all. I usually put Succor, EoE, and Predatory Season to name a few. Run usually takes about 4-6 minutes.

Hey, first off i just gotta say great build
well has anyone else noticed that in hard mode energy regen seems to slow a bit.
cuz when i use the build i alawys end up having not enough energy to cast in time o.O
I have 50 energy with wand + armour and I always end up getting to 0 some how.
any1 else have this problem, or possibly a solution
ty in advance

is there anyway I could farm Vanguard points with this build? Be sure to use GoLe with the build... that is enough to keep you going. also, make sure you use GoLe for the ward and sliver only. Once you get used to the build and the order of using the skills, you should have no problems with energy. You don't want to spam skills too much either, if you running low on energy, just use Swiftness, Deadly Paradox, and SF only until you gain enough energy. I usually only use one sliver per SF unless I get a recharge in which I can use GoLe again. Another thing, make sure you don't use any caster items that have -1 energy pip. Use full Radiant and Attunement armor but keep your Vigor and Sup Shadow arts runes of course. Using Wand and Offhand would be best, just mod it with 20% recharge (on offhand, also known as Forget Me Not), +5^50 energy Hale N Hearty, 20% enchant, and any other offhand mod that will help
As for Vanguard title, higher the better. I have all my EotN reputation titles maxed. Vanguard gives you +15 dmg on sliver, which makes a big difference with the 33% dmg reduction nerf on SF.

Probably having energy problems because SF was changed again. They basically made it so that if you want to keep it up all the time you will not have enough energy to kill.

Couple of things I'm finding to help with the energy issue since the new SF nerf:
1: drop health, casting and refresh bonuses on armor and weapons in favor of energy bonuses. (If you really feel you are going to need the health then bring it on a piece of armor in your pack and switch to it when needed)
2: I used to handle the aataxes and graspings together but I'm finding maintaining energy that long is doable but tricky so I've started killing aataxes first then generate the graspings (adds a few minutes to the total run but not too bad)
3: a set of zealous daggers used on the dying nightmares can help rebuild energy while fighting the aataxes. When there are no aataxes, a zealous scythe on the graspings is even better.
4: instead of air of superiority, I found smooth criminal to be more useful in the early stages. Of the possible benefits of AoS, only the energy gain and the instant refresh are useful for a perma sin (unless you foolishly use a bladed weapon on the aataxes) and the energy is only 5 while the refresh is pointless if you dont have the energy to cast. At level 10 SC gives immediate 10 energy for a 5 energy cost for a quick boost if you need it. If you are going on beyond the aataxes and heading for the plain you might go prefer AoS as there will be plenty of energy there from daggers or scythe and things will die fast enough to make AoS useful.
The one thing I am still having some trouble with is the run to the plains. Rather than an energy issue, the timing is throwing me off. In the end i might resort to an Essence of Celerity if i can't get comfortable with the run
Overall, I think i like the nerf. I was earning enough in less than 3 hours for any elite armor in the game except vabbian and fow - and that's just a little too easy.
Now it is at least challenging enough that if you don't pay attention you will die - though time wise it's slower because of taking out the aataxes first.
Haven't tried tombs yet - interested in seeing what it will be like there since energy was already an issue. Could be fun again.

Energy magement is easy enough. Get sume superior runes and smack graspings with zealous daggers. If you wanna do 3 dammage a lot while doing this bring pumpkin pie. I was doing this before the nerf and NEVER used GOLE. Now I have to bring it and that will slow me a little. Never fail on energy regen in this fashion. BAAD Attaxes.

hey Rezz i'm having trouble with this build. I use a caster axe +5 20% to enchants and a 20/20 earth focus, my energy is at 50 and by the end of doing every skill twice my energy is at or near zero. I don't know what i'm doing wrong =/
masterjer1
As a rule of thumb, I go with a minimum of 54 energy on my sin. 5 Radiant Insignias, 2 Attunements, adds up to +12e, added with +5e on weapon and 12e offhand. Could add another Attunement to add another 2e. With base energy at 25, this puts you at 56e to start out with. The more energy, the better.

Yeah I recently noticed the Duration change when I last logged in, about a month ago or so. I only log in once every month just collect zkeys and use them up... so I Haven't really tried using SF Sliver in aloooong time. Be lately with the Guildwars.com site being constantly down, I can no longer make predictions, so no reason to log in anymore, besides checking bday presents... I'm sure everyone will figure out the energy issues anyways, things catch on quick in guildwars.
As for using Air of Superiorty, that is mainly to speed up your farming... when you get a recharge on all you skills, you can keep up sliver two to three times in a row if your lucky. It is definately helpful when pulling loads of enemies (Raptor farming for example), but not so helpful when you take on a few at a time. It can also be helpful for increasing your health and energy at times.
