Theres already been guides written for both the consta shadowform sin and for chaos plains, but I thought i'd put this one together for anyone who's just started. Any questions feel free to PM me 'Suprise From Behind'.
The Build
Ok, the basic build is as follows:
[build=OwZToY/85R6zj0ZIDcRw4WMBBA]
Equipment wise, youll want full radiants and full attunes, and a super shadow arts on a shadow arts mask.
You'll want to be using a +5energy/+20% enchant sword, spear or axe with a 20/20 fire off hand.
Id also advise taking a bow for luring, and another use ill describe later.
If you're just starting, a +20e staff is good for emergencies.
The Farm
The Run
The main focus of this farm is the Mindblade Spectres found in the Chaos Plains. To get there, however, you're gonna have to do some other stuff.
When you first spawn, youll want to immediately cast Deadly Paradox, Glyph of Swiftness and then Shadowform. Now head towards the Lost Soul, and take his quest. As soon as you take the quest, head back towards the start point. Youll notice the grasps have spawned. Head left up the steps, keeping to one side. Once you get within aggro, hit dash and reach the top of the stairs, preventing yourself from getting trapped in. Now head round the chamber, picking up the two other mobs of grasps and making sure not to get caught. Also, make sure you keep Shadowform up for the whole time.
After youve aggroed them all, bring them to point A. Now, you should proceed and kill them. It will take 3 uses of each of the 2 damage spells to kill them at 12 fire. However, after you have used your 5th spell, they wil often e-drain you with 'Fear Me'. To counter this, after you're 4th damage spell, wait for recharge. Recast Shadowform, then Glyph of lesser energy. Now switch to your bow, cast Phoenix and Inferno (5th and 6th spells). You can now switch back to your main weapon set and have around 25 energy.
Follow the map above to reach the entrance of twin serpent mountains. Here, you'll want to wait till the Charged Blacknesses come down the hill. When they start heading back up the hill, and get to point A on the minimap, youll want to start moving in and following the path upwards. You want to stay out of the traps, either by avoiding them totally or by using dash whilst running over them. During the whole run, remember to keep SF up and recharged. When you reach the point shown in the screenshot, take the marked path. Watch out for the Charged Blacknesses on your right. Head left at the end, down the path and stay left. You will now head up the hill. Notice there are some Charged Blacknesses just passing at the top, wait for them to leave your minimap, then continue and turn right. You're now free to run forwards, then left and into the Chaos Plains.
Chaos Plains
The map below shows the spawns of each Rider, as well as the Spectres that spawn afterwards. Ive marked on the map the order in which you should aggro the riders. These aggros can be quite difficult, sometimes requiring several reaggros of each mob. A longbow is recommended here. Remember during these aggroes to keep recasting Shadowform (and not cast it whilst your bow is equipped). Youll want to aggro the Riders so they are all bunched up together by moving to one of the sides, causing them to converge. After you have killed them, their corresponding Spectres will spawn, aggro them and kill them. Continue this for the 3 waves, then move to the next Rider group.
Some tips to use when aggroing. After SF has just been renewed, or is far from needing to be renewed, if you cast Glyph of Lesser Energy about 3-4 seconds after aggro, then fire attune, you will have just enough time to cast again after they have all surrounded you. This allows you to use Glyph of Lesser Energy quite often. Also, when possible, use Glyph of Lesser Energy on Phoenix instead of Inferno, for the greater energy efficiency. It is not recommended to kill the Terrowebs at the end of the run, due to the time it takes to kill them as well as their inability to bunch up properly.
Using this build and the aggroes above, you should be able to achieve a regular 26 min run. It is possible to reach a 23 min run if the aggros are lucky (they dont run too much).
Cheers
