Meh, somewhat. It's unfortunate in the sense that even if you made UB deal a billion damage a hit, most players wouldn't even know about it let alone even have the danged skill. But it's a plus since you don't really have to keep the majority in mind a whole lot. As long as it's still fun watching your guy hit a monster, we're good.

Np : ) But I'm not saying "oh thems newbies and are 2 dumb to kno anythin bout GW", I'm just saying people just like to keep it simple. That's why so many of us got hooked into Diablo when we were younger: It was cool and fun. You could put points wherever you liked and could still have a blast.
