i'm pretty sure it'll drop from the chest. They have the ability to dynamically make stuff happen without you needing to download anything going into it because you download it as you go. It was one of the touted features of their engine that they rarely used.

I suspect there is a everlasting one, I also suspect it will drop from the secret liar of the snowman chest. The yuletide tonic is compareable with the frosty tonic and the everlasting version only drops from the Z-Chest, so that might also be where the everlasting frosty tonic will drop.

Secret Liar of the Snowmen end-chest drop would be cool tho.
