I meen, I <3 Sins & one thing they lack, is an IAS, there's only 1, which is PvE only.

It's fair to me to have the only IAS be an elite. Dagger only was good. Decreasing the IAS, not so great. That just makes the skill useless again.

imo the IAS oughta be removed altogether .. keep [skill]Way of the Assassin[/skill] working for any wep (tho rly, you'd only ever swap [skill]Wounding Strike[/skill] for it if expecting your enchants to be stripped ..), and keep the no-enchant requirement, but also with a buff to crits ~

Assassins have double strike capability with daggers... This is their 24-hr-per day IAS. Stop whining, you are already attacking plenty fast.

Even at 18% still takes down a monk quickly, the important part they didn't Nerf the chances for Critical hits.

I don't care if you tone PvP down to the roots of hell, or left it for daggers only, but for the love of PvE, give back the attack speed~! 20% is TOO SLOW, heck even warriors chop/slash at 33% ridiculous speed with Strength 1-16% penetration damage (instead of critical attack with a cheap 7-17atk dmg). PvE... *sniff* PvE...
You've done it before to other skills, PvP(reduction)|PvE normal, why not for this nice and only beautiful elite skill.

Meh told Tyla this was coming. 37% is too fast anyways, still 25% I would guess at 16 Crit so that's okay. Should be 33% for PvE though.

Now, on topic. I suppose 18% wouldn't be bad....if it was when your critical strikes was at 8. Not all assassins run 13 critical strikes. I do, but just saying.

I just brought equipment for my 2 hero assassins... damnit, I was gonna test out some fun builds. They should have kept it for PvE so there would be a reason to use hero assassins (they suck as dagger assassins cause they don't use their chains well, but they are good as bow, spear, or scythe sins). It's not broken at all for PvE since PvE has critical agility anyways.
